Side note: all the other viners who associated with him(including that tubby boy who got famous real fast) have all come out speaking against Logan.

I see now why he got all emotional during a jog.

It's a sad thing when even your "Closest Friends" know you fucked up so bad they disown you. Especially since I think they all lived together?

He still comes off as a raging douche bag in this. He's learned absolutely nothing his ego is an unstoppable cancerous tumor!
At least he is squirming, he is literally biting his lips with rage at the end. I'd only get rattled if he was still doing his 'act' and dabbing the TMZ guy when he's asking questions.

I don´t understand how kids manage to give all this power to two idiots. When I was younger neither me nor my peers would wear merchandise from these manchildren. The most similar occurrence would be girls wearing merch from boybands and the such.

I really don´t get it, and I doubt even me as a child would´ve fallen for their shitty videos. There´s nothing funny, entertaining or even relatable about them. Girls I understand, they might find them attractive. But why the fuck are boys invested in this shit?

When I was a teenager I can't recall ever geeking out enough to obsess over merch the way kids do nowadays. It's insane. It's like kids just get more and more retarded with every generation. I've not watched a lot of either brothers content but every time I do it's a constant stream of them plugging their merch and I find it extremely cringy. I can't understand how these kids can be so dense.

It's due to how clueless adults want to be about the Internet, letting their kids roam around without understanding the pitfalls of following social influencers from even a "kid friendly" version of YouTube. Someone explained it better in a reddit post I attached earlier.

Found a really insightful Reddit comment about our need to educate children on social media influencers

We should make a better effort to pay attention

Jake and Logan Paul both rely on parading around a bad boy, "maverick" lifestyle that younger children admire since its the opposite of what adults around them preach constantly.

Children are easily swayed from people they admire, even if those people are pieces of shit. Logan and Jake Paul know this, and seemlessly create a cult-like following to exploit them for views. People riff on old school Pewdiepie for accidentally creating the same phenomemon, but its all calculated by the Pauls. Obviously itll be easy to peddle their merch onto kids with mommy's credit card

This brainwashing has always existed; its just YouTube is so much more mainstrean and its a hellauva lot easier for little children to get a hold of the site

YouTube is an enormous space, with communities that span even larger than Kiwi Farms. Unfortunately its really easy for a Team 10/Loganger to just surround themselves with like-minded, similar YouTubers, who all promote merch as obnoxiously.

Its the same way how people are used to Vloggers screaming to like, favorite and smash the subscriber button

If you take their vlogs at face value, the Pauls are two young guys who have infinite money and have never had a dull day in their lives. They drive around LA in supercars and do whatever they want all the time with very little consequence. That appeals to young boys because they want to be like that.

Also, playground politics. Everyone's talking about the newest Jake Paul video so you watch that so you can join in the conversation. Kids eventually get really wrapped up in this shit because keeping up with the Karda- I mean Pauls involves watching at least 30 minutes of vlogs every day (bro).

Somehow, YouTube "stars" are more accessible for kids these days than genuine celebrities were for people twenty or more years ago. It's easier to tweet at them, or leave them one comment on their latest video, and the likelihood of someone like Logan Paul personally responding is higher.

Plus on Twitter, I've seen my fair share of someone from YouTube retweeting a post from a kid or tween showing off a picture of themselves wearing the newest T-shirt or hoodie, so there's some validation for the kid. They'll be over the moon about being acknowledged for a couple days.

Yeah, you guys are right, I didn´t take into account the fact that Internet is something of the norm nowadays, something that wasn´t true 15 or so years ago. Still, I think we´re at a point in which there´s no win scenario. If the Pauls get their way? They are mavericks and do whatever the hell they want despite other people telling them not to.
They don´t get their way? They become rebels, it´s them against the world, and that´s so cool.
All we can do is hope that kids grow up and learn about their idiocy on their own, I think.
