Does anyone have any proof of this cuck being swatted? He claims to have been swatted but there is no proof.

No. But I hate Maldavius Nigtree less than the faggot reaction streamer and that faggot ass thumbnail for the video (which is presumably devoid of any real research or information)

These shitty "the fall of your favorite gay internet personality" videos which contain a freeze frame of their gay faces at an inconvenient moment have really, really run their course.

The audacity to whine about Ross making "A video where half an hour of it was calling me a piece of shit" when your entire coverage of his little movement was laced with you calling Ross mean shit and making him look like some kind of sleezy retard for wanting people to be able to play games they purchase is fucking astonishing. This guy really is a gigantic faggot.

Have you guys heard the new cope? People are now saying he acted like a retard on purpose to whip the internet hate machine into a frenzy to get signatures. I've seen several trusty worthy content creators say this now, if anyone knows what the source is I'd like to know.
He must be able to see the future and started acting like a retard all the way back on second life! Thanks Mald!

"I know I reported on Mald's claim to have taken a photo of Bigfoot and that some of you aren't happy that I took his claim at face value, given that he didn't show me the photo. I just want to be clear that the burden of proof is on you to prove a negative, and if you do, I'll make another slop video on the subject."

not sure if anyone mentioned this, but he once said that the local PD know of him, and know that people might try to "swat" him, and yet in the clip of him talking about getting swatted, he says "now the police know who i am"(pretty sure)

"THEY TRIED TO KILL ME ON TUESDAY!"

""I hope the government listens to you. and that they give you what you want. Instead of what you actually asked for. which probably isnt gonna happen"

Why would rights holders be liable for stuff that happens on a private server? Does that argument even make sense legally?

If the rights holders are still vendors, then it would make them liable for illegal content using their services (E.g. guilds that act as proxies for CP circulation or terrorist groups). If the rights holders are private after EoL, still using those services, it would make them (the private maintainers) liable if their moderation isn't up to snuff. It's a reasonable concern for server based games.

That's a boilerplate response. Don't want to shock the stocks. The last line is very important.
I actually feel like it’s the best possible response as it shows a clear conflict between consumers and the industry and that regulation is the only way to resolve it moving forward. Which should justify SKG. Some shitty “middle ground” message from the industry would probably make it seem like the industry could self regulate (it never will).

Scorned trannies tattle on the activity in private servers to rights holders in an effort to draw a C&D out of them, that statement is to justify that in the case of the rights holders being spammed or blamed.

Basically the obvious "nuh-uh" that Ross had already predicted publishers would say.
"games that we can pull the plug on might be prohibitively expensive to make" good. how is that a bad thing at all? so we either dont get our games because theyre yours to pull on a whim or theyre not ours because you dont make them to then ruin. are video games the only industry where the suits dont even try to dress it up as a consumer plus? its just they give you reasons its a plus or minus for them and youre just supposed to care. this is like "if we have to inspect meat juan cant sell you worm ridden rot from the back of his pickup truck" yeah thats kinda the fucking idea.
