I only know of a handful of IRL people Jin claims to deal with that 'validate' his views. He's had two people help him fuck his doll. He called it a "threesome". He's also had people come over who he claims are "twilights human friends". So some people out there are at least helping Jin entertain his weird reality if they aren't actually living it with him.

Jin is far gone, I don't think theres something he can do or other people can do for him now. He is picking fights because of fictional characters that he believes to be living in his sloppy plushie. I only hope that he don't end up killing someone.

As I said, Tax is legitimately diagnosed as having mental illness(es?), and I think literally believes Curio is real. I know less about Jin, but from what I can tell he believes Twilight is real, too.

They might attention whore some by being dramatic spergs, but the waifus are as real to them as anyone else in their lives. Which is why I love waifuists... They're fascinating as all hell and actually probably have the illnesses tumblristas can only dream of having!
