You're not wrong with nitrogen, but going through the process of transportation with a dewar is the least convenient thing ever compared to using a small bag of sodium nitrite.

Yeah I sort of regret watching it at this point, I used to be pretty fucking unphased by any sort of gore/death/graphic shit online [other than shit involving animals] but that one was rough. Probably rougher than that Ronnie McNutt dude or that Muslim kid with the tiger mask who blew his brains out all over his anime posters with a KSG shotgun. Somehow despite not really being graphic, this one was worse, I think?

Looks like we were right about the sodium nitrite, I did wonder if he took cyanide but I don't know where the fuck he would have obtained that. Isn't it pretty heavily regulated after Jim Jones made his legions of Bolshevik negroids drink the Flavor-Aid? I do remember a video of this guy in court who apparently took a cyanide capsule and started gasping for air before he collapsed, so that guy got ahold of it somehow I guess. It did not look like a pleasant nor quick way to go, either.

Do we really know yet if anyone actually found him? The video/screenshots not still running as he scheduled them isn't really evidence of that, maybe it ran out of storage or the power got cut off or something. He obviously didn't like his family but I would think there would be an obituary or at least an incident report up somewhere by now. It'd be hard to find without his legal name, though. I've been looking back through this thread because I didn't know shit about this dude until he offed himself, but it's kind of refreshing to see a lolcow thread where it isn't just constantly shitting on the guy. He was certainly an odd fellow but never seemed to really be malignant or malevolent and more or less didn't bother anyone too much. Kind of reminds me of Terry Davis a bit.

It would appear that YouTube comments made by jf3099 and maybe a couple other users suggest they already called a wellness check on Joe after the uploads and according to them it was reported by authorities that he had indeed unalived himself. It breaks my heart to know that he did what he did, I’m sure he told everyone not to blame themselves but I guess we will never know if the right amount of help could have helped him move forward from the abuse and horrible things that happened to him in his short life (he’s stated multiple times he’s gone to therapists and they apparently did nothing)

By nitrogen, I mean the gas in the tank, rather than liquid nitrogen. You can buy it at a welding shop or similar and just say that you're using it for brewing.

It's obviously more expensive but it'll get the job done when carried out right. Obviously other things are required like a regulator, hood or mask, etc but it's better than an aerosol can. The executions seem to report the heart stopping at about 15 to 20 minutes. Their process could be refined further (such as using a sealed chamber like the old gas executions) but it's still doing the job. Anything's better than gruesomely drinking bitter salts, writhing in pain and your last moments involving puking all over yourself.

I believe they tried this for suicide pods and tried to get some old person to die from it and it didn't work and a bunch of people got arrested or some shit.

If I were going to do it an ideal way I wouldn't use gases to be honest. I'd use the highly sedating medications (like barbituates) that are known to be the most peaceful options.

Joe didn't have AIDS since its pretty clear he never had sex before, unless he injected himself with HIV blood.
 
Joe's death has been nothing short of entertaining - I didn't watch the video but it seemed "entertaining" to at least some people. But the entire spectacle of his death plus the resulting literal gay guys having slapfights in his wake are admirable and make this death and funeral a unique and memorable one.

A well designed death, all things considered, perhaps the most well designed death we will maybe ever see? I rate it 10/10 - I'm usually cautious to rate something so highly but having scheduled post-death posts and gay guys fighting over you and trying to make accusations after your death is great.

I hope we continue to get gay guys slapfighting in this thread and I hope whenever I pass away that my death is even 10% as entertaining and as much of a spectacle as Joe's death.

See that's what I'm thinking, but months prior before he decided to open up a bit more he kept saying "it's something really, REALLY BAD! I am not going to talk about because it's no ones FUCKING business, that's why!" That's what has me second guessing incase I missed something more recently.

The Sarco pod issue could have been easily resolved had they just recorded the whole thing from start to finish rather than only activating cameras during any movements. The guy who witnessed it (Florian Willet) later jumped out of a high building due to the arrest and was being held in jail for so long and later used the exit door himself at a clinic.

As I said before, the method can be refined. I think though that some clinics were threatened by the Sarco as it was much cheaper to use instead of tens and thousands of euros.

Also this may have been asked in this thread but has anyone found any posts on certain websites that discuss the salt method that could be linked to Joe Winko?

Its not known what posts he saw, but Sodium Nitrite is a very popular method on Sanctioned Suicide, thus my belief is that he was on that site for a good amount of his research, along with hearing other news stories related to it.

2.) Appears the mic sensitivity wasn't high enough to pick up the audio from a distance. Could have possibly hit a mute button since he was drunk.

I'm pretty sure a vlog from a few years ago he showed that he used a cheap party cone to keep it standing up sometimes. He'd shave his hair close to the scalp so it would sit on his head properly.
