BAOH HAS A LASER CANON
I'll miss that motherfucker

Played the shit out of this game back in the PS3. While the gameplay is busted, it looks amazing and has a shit load of cool fanservice. One thing I hope they'll change in this remaster is the soundtrack. Some of the tracks are good, but overall it sounds like a Naruto UNS soundtrack and not a JoJo one, Id say this specially for all the menu and loading screen music.

I dont think were going to see many Part 8 characters added, if anything we'll probably get Joshuu since hes already in EoH and I hear theyre repurposing stuff from that game. From the leaks, 2 of the new characters are going to be Trish and Prosciutto, so if it'll probably be majority people that alredy showed up in the anime.
If they're repurposing EoH assets, that means theres
>Speedwagon
>Stroheim
>N'doul
>Mariah
>Pet Shop
>Yukako
>Trish (already in)
>Weather Report
>Diego
>part 7 spoiler
>Joshuu
>Dio over Heaven

So even that lot isn't guaranteed to return. I can see N'doul, the part 7 spoiler, Dio over Heaven being cut, but that's still 8 additions for the 7 remaining slots

Pretty sure Joseph is pretending to be senile in Part 4, but I would much prefer he not be around at all than a continuous "haha old" joke.
Yeah it's more him making jokes about being an old man pretending to mishear names and shit isn't it? and then there's that whole invisible baby thing where they go "what the fuck is this senile dumbass going on about with babies there's nothing there" but then there is a baby and it's like "HOLY SHIT A BABY!" and then the joke becomes he's too lazy to do the whole math of how much one type of cash translates to USD and puts josuke into debt. That whole segment was fucking great in how it kinda built up in terms of absurdity.

I'm completely fine with him being in part 4 he's cool.
Don't get me wrong, I was actually happy to see Joseph back in part 4... I'm just not so sure he was 'faking' *all* of the senility. Senile people can still have occasional moments of lucidity.

I could be missing the joke Sorry, I only watch dubs, hate me if you want for that. It could have been different in the Japanese version.
But in part 4, Joseph claimed to love Japanese coffee, when in part 3 he was literally so anti-Japan that he hated *American* coffee just because he *thought* it was Japanese coffee. Yes, depending on how you look at it, I can see how you could say there's no contradiction there... (Maybe he had never actually tried Japanese coffee before, and once he did, he actually grew to like it in between parts 3 and 4. That wasn't the impression I got though.)

Hopefully without PL'ing too much, I've seen first hand that senile people who previously held strong beliefs about certain things actually can change their beliefs entirely after senility hits. It scares the fuck out of me though, and I truly hope something like that never happens to me. @_@

If he really hated the Japanese as much as he claimed to he wouldn't have fucked the woman that had Josuke lmao.

I see your point, but look at how many "wignats" don't actually end up procreating with other white people, despite the shit that they preach.

Holy shit, I just realized that I almost compared Joseph Joestar to a wignat, and I really don't like that comparison @_@. I certainly hope he isn't that retarded... I'm just saying that for some people, it seems like sometimes the heart wants what the mind doesn't, and vice versa.

He doesn't hate the Japanese because they are Japanese. He hates them because he is projecting his feelings about how his daughter was "taken" from him by a Japanese man. He is just your typical over protective father who hated his daughter going out on her own.

There’s going to be news about the Part 6 anime coming next Saturday.

My one hope is that they do a weekly format but if they do batch, I hope they at least make a clear schedule since the waiting is pretty annoying.
Oh thank God, I was really starting to lose interest. The biggest discussions on social media about Jojo shouldn't be about (an admittedly cool looking) remaster of a PS3 game.

Yeah like it's honestly frustrating that Netflix is hurting discussion of Jojo, and like the Part 6 anime is still really good, but the binge culture shit just to make extra money in Japan is annoying.

Joseph and Stroheim/Nazis worked together... take that as you will.

If you care, search for things I've said in this thread... I've already expressed.. *something* for Battle Tendency making Stroheim. (Who I am now going to call "Broheim' because my mind is stupid) probably the most relatable Nazi I've ever seen portrayed in fiction.

I would frankly be amazed if nobody has ever made this joke before, but this one is mine.

It's as good of a reason as any as to why it's taking so long for the rest of Stone Ocean to come out.
Technically it's only ever really this long in America, since it's being aired in Japan weekly and there are more events to hype it up there while it's airing.

Really Netflix screwed the western anime fandom over.

Double post so sorry but the final episode of the first cour of Stone Ocean aired in Japan and there is a trailer for cour 2 (even if it isn't the best quality)

From the things that were teased I guess they are doing this in thirds. Final arc of this batch must be the whole prison escape thing.
