This whole thing about him being intersex is ridiculous. As @Box of Shame rightly states, he has already admitted to having male genitals.

Let's just imagine for one second that he is intersex and has magically been menstruating since his teens (like he also has claimed). Why is he not aware of how to use hygiene products etc? What's wrong with either 1) his mother or 2) the Canadian education system?

I learnt about using female hygiene products when I was 9 or 10, and I'm male.

For Morgane Oger to participate in this discussion by excusing Jonathan's behaviour, is simply disgusting. I know it's stating the blatantly obvious, but someone so irrational should have no place in politics.

Sounds like bullshit. Yaniv has no restraining order against him and the library is open to all. There is no basis by which to legally discriminate or bar him from the event at this point in time. My favorite thing about this screenshot is that it clearly shows she was willing to wax him if he was post-op, which makes any discrimination allegation extra retarded. As long as his genitals vaguely resembled what she was actually trained to work with, she was full "ok what time do you want to come in?" with no concerns whatsoever as to his transsexual status.

This is indicative of his complete bad faith in pursuing these actions when he continues to pursue similar cases against others. He knows he would lose, but only drops his cases that he knows are absolute garbage once the victim is put to expense to counter his lies.

So now, at the very least, this has escalated from simple report bot usage to genuine collusion with Big Tech employees, at least within Twitter.

It's telling that Twitter will take action against "targeted harassment." Yet, tweets where someone scREEches "REE! Person x hurt my feefees, so I want all of you to mass report their account for harassment" isn't targeted harassment?

The way the process seems to work now - with little rhyme, reason, or logic - Dear Leader could post a tweet that said "Two is an even number" and JY, Oger, and others would still find a way to successfully report it as hate speech. And that's one (if not the) thing that's so concerning: a disgruntled person reporting any and all social media posts solely to stick it to anyone they disagree with or dislike. That doesn't even take into account any so-called backchannel contacts.

think the hard ultra-woque pivot will actually hurt them, though, at least over time. Banning stuff like "misgendering" or "deadnaming" means that they're being aggressively exclusionary to viewpoints that the vast majority of people hold, which means crippling the growth of their userbase.

The way these platforms now implement their rules against misgendering and deadnaming, one could potentially earn a ban for merely stating something true and accurate such as, "Caitlyn Jenner, competing under the name Bruce, represented the US Olympic Team in the decathlon."

From what I recall the last time I browsed that thread, the person in question was trying to assemble a mass-report mob on the Patreon account. Given Oger's own tweet that he reported Dear Leader to Twitter, it wouldn't surprise me if he and/or JY joined in on reporting the Patreon.

That's why Devyn Cousineau agreed to reopen the hearing, not that she'll actually agree.

PS: What's the point of doxing someone whose account is deleted? As opposed to Jonathan Yaniv, who prefers to have others' accounts deleted?

In a waxing malfunction, the ovaries and adjacent pain receptors won't be involved unlike in a testicular situation. And the unfortunate subject is less likely to inflict a kick that causes death, because it hurts less, and because they are less physically able to inflict a fatal blow.
