"illregardful" is a perfect term to describe feelings for Yaniv
"1. The plaintiff, Jessica Simpson is a legal advocate and criminology student at Simon Fraser University and is profoundly disabled" is a serious contender for random text.
The money to buy the condo was almost certainly Miriam's. But how long do you think he would last in the Strata if his (dead)name wasn't the one on the deed?I thought miryam owned his condo
How was he not just laughed out of that school posting that fake pic? lolView attachment 4014951
Well she lost this election and nobody wants her around so slut doesn't advocate legal shit! Imagine this thing working on your crime seen, o vey!!
That would be fun. That might actually also be the case where he will find actual material consequences to his actions aside from a slap on the wrist. Now I'm hoping his elderly victims counter sue him for assault and damages in big boy court. It would be hilarious if he were to put his condo in jeopardy over his antics.
I'm surprised the Greatest Generation didn't hit him like they hit Juno Beach? That would be fun. That might actually also be the case where he will find actual material consequences to his actions aside from a slap on the wrist.
He basically went into the home of age pensioners and started beating some of them up, basically in their own home.
Not even in canada is the troon shield strong enough to deflect from that.
Using human rights courts as an extortion scheme, while really malignant, was actually clever. Except Yaniv is a one trick pony and severely narcissistic, too lazy to think of a better plan than doing the same thing over and over again. It's always the same, begins by acting like a predatory asshole, plays victim and abuses any sympathy available, then embarks on a crusade of frivolous lawsuits expecting a settlement!Yaniv really needs $70,000 to waste even more money to sue people over irrelevant things that were never done to him?
Yaniv is an asshole. I'm sure he went for the most frail woman he could find.I'm surprised the Greatest Generation didn't hit him like they hit Juno Beach?
Someone posted evidence that based on the dog's behavior in public, Yaniv has possibly raped it.I genuinely hope the animal welfare people can rescue the dog.
What do you actually want to be called though? Although I guess that’s like trying to herd cats at this point. You’re not exactly a homogenous blob of opinions. We don't particularly like native, indigenous or aboriginal either but at this point not many people give a shit anymore. It's just the white-people word for an artificial cultural grouping we don't really recognise or care about, and long as there's no implicit disrespect one white-people word is the same as the next.
It's set on 27-29 June 2023. Wonder what he will get. Probably a slap on the wrist again like always. When is Johnny next in court for the assault and fire alarm charge?
If they didn't want fire alarms to be pulled they wouldn't put pull handles on themIt's set on 27-29 June 2023. Wonder what he will get. Probably a slap on the wrist again like always.
Really surprised that they aren't getting harder sentences.
We're not a homogenous culture either, is the point. Wurundjeri have far more in common with white folk these days than we've ever had with Arrernte or Noongars, but there's no word for "Wurundjeri and White folks but no stinky Noongars". If white people want a word for native aboriginal Australians they can come up with whatever word they want, but it's not a distinction we really make or care about except in the very specific context of negotiating for rights and protections with white society. What do you actually want to be called though? There's a lot of complex issues they face in Canada that are hard to break down as a lot are regional and it's a bigass country. I've worked and spent time with them at various points in my life and came away from it with a few things I can say anyway. It's not specifically for preferential treatment, it's more a Canadian specific version of the tranny shield/BLM. Canadians have been told over and over and over again by everyone in government and the leaders of all the tribes that the WHYTES are horrific genociders that owe all their property land, schools. pretty much everything to the indians. While this may sound familiar to the US, the difference is the federal government has totally bought into it (they've contemplated flying an Indigenous flag alongside the Canadian one at government buildings as indian appeasement). You are not allowed to criticize anyone who is indigenous. They get lighter (eg. no) sentencing for random crimes because their dads were alcoholics. They are the most oppressed people in Canada, because the black population is small and all the major freak trannies are in the US (but they also are not challenged and already able to run wild in Canada). Now with all them dead childrens from naughty indian schools being found (because people who haven't been seen for 70 years that went to schools with MARKED graveyards were a mystery), now you're SUPER oppressed if you vaguely indian.
Thus but claiming you're vaguely indian somewhere in your family your absolved of any wrongdoing, past or present, have a higher chance of running for whatever office, have easier access to employment assistances (or just employment). Not to mention tax breaks, tax-free cigarettes, government grants (not applicable to "my uncles grandpa drank with an indian" whites though, yet).
tldr: it's the Canadian version of cool internet pronouns, except totally illegal to raise your eyebrow at. Basically it helps white women get some of that stranger flavor and rub some brownsnow in their flakes, while doing nothing and not themselves actually being impure.
Google image searched 'Wurundjeri' out of curiosity and everyone in the pictures (the ones which aren't from 100+ years ago) literally just looks likes a slightly-more-tanned-than-average white person, to the point where calling them 'black' seems bizarre. We're not a homogenous culture either, is the point. But in general, "black" is fine.
That's true and I'm sure it's confusing and weird to Americans, but "black" changes massively based on culture. By Russian standards, Stalin was black. By South African standards, Obama isn't. By Australian and Kiwi standards we'll always be blackfellas, no matter how lightskinned or blue-eyed we get.Google image searched 'Wurundjeri' out of curiosity and everyone in the pictures (the ones which aren't from 100+ years ago) literally just looks likes a slightly-more-tanned-than-average white person, to the point where calling them 'black' seems bizarre.
