He doesn’t have a service dog
Hopefully the judge labels him vexatious
The only think Yanivs dog has serviced was his carpet when it lapped up Yanivs dick end when it fell off.

On your “Hopefully the judge labels him vexatious” I don’t think it will happen. Granted Canada hates free speech but they don’t want to remove a trannies right to submit misspelled lawsuits from them.

Maybe if a “””real””” news station would pick it up and make people feel bad for based granny smacking Yanivs clit fed dog on the snout for trying to bite her.
Unfortunately if it’s Rebel news, no one will care because there right wing grifters who are so unlikeable they couldn’t do a news story on kittens without people assuming the kittens are Qanons and rebel news would still set up a go fund me for the kittens which goes directly into Ezra’s bank account.

"My service animal -- my property". I'm not 100% on how it works in Canada, but in the US, service animals are medical devices, and are treated as either extensions of the handler or as human children (in the context of behavior). Legally speaking, I don't imagine this would be any different in an assault case.

In Canada we hardly ever SUE so not sure how tf this tranny ho has been suing people SEVERAL times but it should stop.

Someone has to buck the trend, the low number of suits are even decreasing:

https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/n1/daily-quotidien/220310/dq220310c-eng.htm

But yes, Canada definitely sees fewer civil suits. Even the pre-covid numbers puts them at about 1.5 per 100 people. Which can be compared to at least 12+ per 100 people for the US (numbers are less certain due to individual state reporting and the majority of civil suites appear in state courts).

You are paying for this Canada. Your tax dollars are going to be spent entertaining this man's shenanigans. The amount of time it takes for a judge to dispose of this lawsuit is time paid for by you, Canada.
Well, at least his shenanigans are entertaining.

Also wacky and zany.

Probably, but not like Jonathan has anything worth taking
He has real property. His condo. His car. Even the fucking dog. Plus when Miriam finally dies from the final embarrassment of having this shit goblin for a child the inheritance becomes attachable. There is money there. Johnny's not like many of our penniless broketards.
