How long is it going to take for this fat fuck to get doxxed and swatted?

It’s Canukistan. Their version of Swatting is to send the RCMP over to politely knock on the door. And that already happened, 2 days ago. (Mind you I don’t actually find fault with the RCMP’s approach of “knock first before resorting to flashbangs and battering rams”)

Isn't this kind of redundant when talking about Yaniv? He has a sub forum with all of his behavior documented, multiple news articles and his SEO links directly to all of this information. The information is readily available without going to a registered sex offender list.
Just as a general rule though criminal law trumps privacy law. I've seen lots of cases where people try and use privacy law to avoid fines but it doesn't work. Obviously not comparing a speeding fine to a registered sex offender but it's the same principle.

It comes down to it being information that is beyond question. In the courts, you can't go off information from the interwebz, tho you can use that information for parallel construction, knowing where to get the files which are usually registered with a government body, and hence can readily be validated by another party. You need another party (the courts) to be able to reproduce the results without an iota of tinting.

This is why it is judged on a case-by-case basis, so they can understand if/why the right to disclosure outweighs the right to privacy. You need to have a compelling case by which their FOIPPA department can render a competent decision. If you still disagree with them, you can go to their internal review process, and after that to the Information & Privacy Commissioner. In BC, that's

That's only really for civic FOIPPA requests. You can also go via the courts (Supreme Civil) to secure a disclosure order securing release from an entity not governed by the legislation. It's a twisted system, and the government loves to conceal information that should be readily available to the public.

EDIT: And Criminal disclosure is another ball of wax entirely. Like when JonboYaniv finally gets sent up for a Fitness Assessment (fitness to stand trial) or Responsibility Assessment (NCRMD) that's generally only available to the Defence, Crown, and the Courts. We might be able to get that as a leak for laughs, or maybe as a form of Public Interest disclosure. I'm not sure, but it makes sense.. it'll just be a lot of legwork.

Wow that's the blandest and yet somehow simultaneously the most pretentious pub menu I've ever seen. How are you going to pretend you're all fancy when your menu is burgers, three kinds of fries with shit on them and nachos?

"created by Hugues Voyer"

Lol, calm down Hugues. This restaurant reminds me of Jonny. They're both fake as fuck.

Late, I know but that menu is fucking pretentious pub bingo fodder right there. Hugues menu is not not so much created as thrown up out of what sounds fancy to a mook who won prizes in whatever two bit canuck trade school he drank his way through.
Believe me, this place is NOT popular.

As it should be.
Especially lovely that Yaniv eats there and tweets about it publicly. His endorsement is just what they need.

He doxed themselves and at the rate this moron and his nutter mum are going, she'll be double birding the Swat team.

Also, as an aside, I saw the pic of Yaniv having a cam looking into the hallway and not at his door like a spyhole, is there someone on canuck law about how many cameras you can have or where they can be, before it starts being intrusive to a neighbour?

His Strata HOA made him take the hallway cam down.

I never believed the "oh, poor Miriam. She is the victim of elder abuse" narrative that some Kiwis supported. Miriam is fully responsible for the monster she created and enables.
Back on a couple of sites where women first twigged to this guy...pre publication of his identity, so many women lamented, "What his poor mom must think of this".

Turned out mom was a nasty piefce of work too.

Is anyone else eager to trade m
I'm seriously considering having T-shirts made that say something to the effect of:

WGKitty is all of Us. or WGKitty for Prime Minister.

With some epic Yaniv fan art on the front/back.

I know I would rock that shirt everyday. Dunno the costs, but it might be fun to have at least a few dozen made up. I know I could easily get rid of a few dozen that would be worn around town.

I just need some inspiration. LoL. I'm not artistic at all.

Maybe I should just start with a bumper sticker.

S’truth my friend...I have a new art piece in the works because of it! Yaniv makes a very fat, ugly muse, but inspiration works in strange ways I suppose.

Johnny having a meltdown at other other languages existing is truly magical. No only is he racist, but he doesn't understand that some immigrants maybe be able to speak English pretty fluently but have little to no ability reading it. Plus I'm pretty sure those machines must have a language option, So why are you complaining again?
Even hospital VISITS in the US don't cost $1000, what is wrong with you.
Fee schedule for uninsured residents and non-Canadians, not too cheap.

Since health insurance (in most provinces) in Canada is virtually free and covers all necessary medical procedures for residents, which he is, it's unlikely he'd be responsible for any payments.

What are the odds of him ever doing serious time (for pedophilia or no)?

I can't help but shake the feeling it's only 50-50. If only because this is fucking Canada we're talking about.

Low

People have gotten 5 years for murder in Canada.

Child porn might get him a few months in jail but more likely just probation and a ban from the internet.

The guy who cut off someones head and ate parts of the body on a Greyhound is out walking the streets only after a few years in a mental hospital.

He changed his name and nobody knows where he is now.

No one thinks it should be private info to be a fucking sex offender. That's why there's a sex offender registry. It's public knowledge and you don't need to do a whole records check to get it.

There's a concept of personal privacy that I think those that don't understand this seem to think should just go out the window everytime it suits someone. I'm sure if it were your privacy, you would feel differently.

Sex offender registry in Canada is not accessible by the general public in Canada. Even in the USA, it's up to individual states to decide whether they are available or not.
Schools, daycares and places like that can do background checks through the RCMP but the information is still tightly controlled.

You can ask the police if there are sex offenders in your area but you will only get a YES or NO answer. No name, no address. No details of the offenses.

And in the UK Tommy Robinson got locked up for asking a convicted pedophile how it felt about sentencing and all the 'human rights' cunts on Twitter and the media said it was fine. Even though on appeal the courts said the process was flawed and ordered a retrial.
Tommy Robinson got locked up for breaking the reporting restrictions on an ongoing trial of a pedophile gang. His actions led to the defence in that trial trying to get a mistrial declared, claiming the jury might have seen his video and that could bias their decision. Fortunately, that failed.

His original trial for this was flawed, and was overturned. However, the retrial sent him back to jail for the same offence.

The federal Megan's Law requires both registry and public notification, and currently all states (and D.C.) have such public access. Some states make more information on more offenders publicly available than the minimum required, but they all comply with the federal law at this point.
