I think Jonathan thought that “all attention is good attention” as long as he was being feared or reviled online and none of it spilled over into his own everyday life.

He’s jerked off for years to the act of invading women’s privacy, forcing his way into people’s lives and making them feel watched, stalked and unsafe, while hiding behind the shield of it being Technically Legal.

Now he gets to learn exactly what that feels like.

We don't need to full on Nacht and Nebel. We just need to end the way the The System (media, social media, the courts) protects pedophiles like Yaniv and terrorists like Omar Khadr and then deplatforms people like Meghan Murphy for 'misgendering' and bans people Lauren Southern from travelling.

And in the UK Tommy Robinson got locked up for asking a convicted pedophile how it felt about sentencing and all the 'human rights' cunts on Twitter and the media said it was fine. Even though on appeal the courts said the process was flawed and ordered a retrial.

Or look at what Jeffrey Epstein(US) and Jimmy Savile(UK) got away with, despite it being more or less common knowledge they were pedos.

We have an establishment which protects pedos, and which pedos burrow into. A Pedocracy.

Miriam and her husband emigrated back in the 80s. I would assume she has citizenship by now, but I have no idea how Canadian immigration works.

No one thinks it should be private info to be a fucking sex offender. That's why there's a sex offender registry. It's public knowledge and you don't need to do a whole records check to get it.

There's a concept of personal privacy that I think those that don't understand this seem to think should just go out the window everytime it suits someone. I'm sure if it were your privacy, you would feel differently.

But in Canada the sex offender registry IS private. It can only be accessed by law enforcement making it essentially useless.

I'm so glad this is coming out now. :c Last night was insane, I feel like Yaniv is really escalating and getting crazier and crazier. I don't know if the police are going to do anything at this point but I feel this should at the very least be documented by them. And if that doesn't work out well... at least the internet might spread the word to people around him.

It's usually called a Public Interest Override, but is not automatically granted. It's determined only when you make an application and explain why the public safety rights (Charter-s7 in Canada) overrides the individual's right to personal privacy (Charter-s7). Rights of the many versus a right of the individual. But, this isn't automatic, you have to make an application under the FOIPPA. It helps if the applicant has standing. In this case, a member of the community in which Yaniv resides.
