Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

A lot of plastic surgery patients are repeat customers. If you're the sort of person to find flaws in your appearance and obsess over them to the point where you spend money to have surgery to fix them, you don't stop at just one thing. Not to mention that you want your patients' social contacts to see your work literally on their faces and want to come in and obtain your services themselves. Also, plastic surgery tends to be expensive, meaning that many of your customers have the money to sue you if things go wrong. After all, plastic surgery is a luxury good, you usually only start shopping for a plastic surgeon once you have your financial needs taken care of and you have piled up some money. The incentives for plastic surgeons don't really seem to be on the side of butchery.

Troons, on the other hand, have fixated on their stink ditches and think they'll just get this one surgery and then they'll finally be recognized as Real Women(tm), don't go around exposing their SRS surgeon's work to everyone they meet (well, not usually), their social circles are completely dysfunctional, they have no money because they're crazy, they think they'll die if they don't get the surgery, and there is a cult-like code of silence about saying anything that might stop the eggs from hatching. The incentives are considerably different all around.

I mean yes, plastic surgery can and does go wrong on a regular basis, but this usually isn't the result of callous butchery. There are problems with the industry, but it's far from a horrorshow. Except for SRS surgeons.
I get what you are saying, but how are transpeople not repeat consumers? They get facework, hair removal, body work (breast implants/breast removal/fat transfer) and the famous SRS. And that's not all, one got his clavicules shortened! If you hang on reddit, a lot of thread related to surgeries and medical technologies who are not even close to existing are derailed by question on how those new procedures could work for transpeople (mostly mtf, but ftm are thrown in there sometimes). A lot of stuff that is science fiction right now, they already know they would want to have it.

"Not all of them do that because they don't have money" well a number of them do have some, and in some countries those surgeries can be in part or totally covered by insurance/taxpayers in exchange of some paperwork. Your local tra are probably asking right now that FFS, fillers and implants be covered by insurance ( security-issue, it's life-saving ect)

JY didn't get anything but the stink ditch, did he? He's not the only one who thinks that way either. Also, the facework and hair removal are usually done by different people than the SRS. Also, taxpayers footing the bill for surgery doesn't cover the legal costs of suing a bad doctor, so trannies don't count as having money for purposes of discouraging malpractice.

No surprise, yaniv got another adjournment re him belting Bexte link

However, this caught my eye...

This makes me realize that the best augment against gender re-assignment surgery are the medical notes themselves. If you didn't have the context, this reads as more like a person slowly dying of an unknown horrible disease from South America than someone having complications after surgery. Also, "neovigana" will never not be funny.

WTF. They actually stuck their finger in [her] "neovigina." I was originally just going to make a joke about that but they actually stuck their finger in Jonathan's mutilated pus filled fucking genital wound. Even had "brown and sticky" substance coming out from it a month later in pic below.

Lol. [Her] neovigina is out of place. Like I said, some horrible unheard of disease from South America.
My recommended caliber of dilator is a .45 in Minecraft of course.

I'm not sure how Canada works but I would assume that yaniv's first port of call would be his GP
Yeah, essentially anything that isn't classified as an emergency would have to be referred to by your GP. There's even instances when after the ER does tests and discharges you, they send the info over to your GP for them to decide what they will do with that information (more tests, referral, etc.) and you have to hope you have a family doctor, let alone a good one, in order to receive proper care.

Kinda sad that many Canadians go without proper healthcare because of all of the constant shuffling around and non-answers, and different "opinions" of different "specialists" but got people like JY who are basically pushed to the front of the line for everything. He gets himself an OBGYN, meanwhile most women don't even have one here (without referral from a GP.) Priorities.

Did she write this with a gun held to her head?
Workers of all stripes have subtle, polite ways to communicate to coworkers that this customer is a sack of shit. In the restaurant industry a common way to refer to a chronic problem customer is an "aloha guest". Aloha is the name of the PoS system most restaurants use, it's a sly way of saying they're a POS. I'm thinking "pleasant" is how Johnny's clinic politely notes in their charts that the patient is a fucking asshole.

Since all four of the records in that section appear to be from the same person and the previous three were clinical and straightforward, the fact the opening of the fourth refers to Yaniv as "pleasant" and the final line flat-out stating "It has been a pleasure being involved in this person's care" suggest that the terms could absolutely be some sort of code phrase.

"Pleasant": "The guy's an asshole."

"It has been a pleasure being involved in this person's care": "I wash my hands of him."

Another day, another drama. "Care in the Community" is alive and well at The Hawthorne.

I can't wait to see what happens when this passes almost unanimously.
The usual... "transphobia", legal threats, tranny tantrums and more ambos.

His father died 9 years ago and yaniv blamed his death on his weight gain yet 11 years ago it was the start of his gunt.

strange how xbox Canada knew his new surname 11 years go. (" BTW 11 years ago you were Yaniv not Simpson"...a great observation by a Twitter poster)

This one actually has me feeling almost a little bit sorry and a little worried for Frau Yaniv. The described behaviors sound less like intentional harassment and more like severely declining mental and cognitive health, and possibly the onset of Alzheimer’s. In Miriam’s case the road to madness is a remarkably short trip. She does deal with the Full Jonny day in day out. I mean how many times does your son have to call and ask you to come over to help him find his Clitoris before you lose what little faint grasp on reality you might have had. Random Acts of Cleaning in public spaces is a pretty common sign of mental deterioration in the aging.

Ordinarily I'd feel sorry for someone in her position it couldn't have been easy rearing a mentally impaired kid however the moment she opened that mouth and defended him, and is continuing to do so, is the moment any sympathy I may have had disappeared. He's coming up to 36yo(?) and still she's his performing monkey. I dislike both of them equally, peas in the same pod to me.

You reap what you sow.

Someone can be a nasty person and you can still feel empathy towards them for having a debilitating disease. This definitely sounds like the start of a cognitive decline for Miriam and she will be in serious danger as long as she lives near her son. And perhaps that statement, “Jessica has given me the day off,” though it be filtered through a weakening brain, is very truthful. The woman has served her son for years, and they clearly have a mutually antagonistic relationship. But, she keeps paying for him and his shit and egging him on. Yes, she’s culpable for that. What Miriam has happen to her behind closed doors, though? I shudder.
And yet in one of the leaks (Arianna?) yaniv claimed his mother had him at her beck and call 24/7, he was complaining that he never had any time to himself / no time to look after himself. It depends on who you believe, neither come across as being truthful - you only have to look back on the BCHRT shenanigans to see the lies from both of them.

He wants to find someone to nursemaid him 24/7 and miriam was really eager to off-load him onto unsuspecting "Sara". He involves his mother in his arguments with people and she readily joins in. She condones his behaviour, and I have a feeling that that hasn't suddenly started overnight.

A pair of lying, racist con artists as far as I'm concerned. I personally feel they deserve each other. My sympathy goes to anyone who gets caught up in their nastiness, I have none for either of these two.

She's doing it to exert her "ownership" on everyone else. To express that she can do whatever she wants in the building. It's very passive-aggressive.

I am inclined to agree with you. I worked on a hospital ward that treated recovering stroke victims and people who were suffering from a gamut of neurological conditions; chief among the latter was Alzheimer's.

Some dementia patients are remarkably good at masking their symptoms in the early stages. Others like Miriam, who have acted-out all their lives, tend to throw caution to the wind and become increasingly irritable, eccentric and unreasonable. I think the strata she occupies caters exclusively to the elderly. I don't know whether that model incorporates an assisted living component, or whether she might end up having to move elsewhere where her needs can be better met. This will sound unkind, and it isn't intended as such, but Miriam strikes me as being either below average intelligence, or suffering from other mental health issues that cause, or exacerbate, her wayward and off-kilter behaviour. People like that tend to show the symptoms of Alzheimer's earlier; they also tend to go downhill fast, in terms of what they can do for themselves.

The worst case scenario would be one where Yaniv assumes the role of carer for his mother. That is clearly a case of elder abuse in waiting. I am aware there has already been some speculation that he has been rough with Miriam. I can't recall whether anything was established.

Hard agree. Without powerleveling, it’s extremely hard to pinpoint when Alz’s starts with an already extremely unique character. It’s only until they veer head on into the truly bizarre that they may have something going on, and by that point, the disease is so advanced there’s no going back.

The Yaniv domus is fertile ground for all kinds of disease and dysfunction. There’s nothing about this family that I’m ever shocked by whenever it’s made public.
