So Johnny is already busy at it again. Miriam got mad that everyone was having fun on new years eve so she started recording everyone and staged a sit in in the lobby of her strata where everyone was partying including the two people John is suing. The cops were called and she was taken away in an ambulance after speaking with RCMP. A short time later the fire alarm was falsely pulled in the building forcing everyone to evacuate. Of course that wasn't enough so he filed a cease and desist order in the morning in his mothers name against someone named Gina who was at the party and who has had run in's with Yaniv's before. It's actually pretty funny to read. I've attached the document provided to meowmix for posterity.

I can't imagine that this BS would convince anybody. I experienced time waster like him, and the best thing to do is to ignore the fuckers until they actually sue. They always encourage you to get representation because they will waste your time and that's like $400/hour and every hour started is due. The more you owe your lawyer, the sooner you want the whole thing to just fucking end.

Whenever you receive BS like this, just let it sit and tell them to sue or shut up. Most of the time, they won't sue. Sometimes, they try and sue but fail (multiple reasons possible), sometimes you can represent yourself and not spend a dime.

I hope this person is taking him for a ride and not trying to compromise with the crazy man in a dress.

Perhaps I’m misreading - was the fire alarm pulled shortly after Miriam was hauled off, or was it later (when she could be home)? If the fire alarm was pulled while not at home, it’d have to be Jonny, and he’s banned from her strata, am I wrong?

Either way, if a fire alarm is pulled, usually there’s some Yaniv afoot.
