Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I ran a few quick searches using DDG on Tor. I tried "Jonathan Yaniv" and "Jessica Yaniv", both with safe search on and off.
  • KF is showing up high for everything and was 1st/3rd for "Jessica Yaniv" no safesearch.
  • Lots of links to articles about the censorship he's done
  • The new sites aren't showing up anywhere
I'm not great with SEO but I bet that people who've written those articles about him would love to share even while it's still under construction, it's a great start.

As promised, the first step to my project.

Looks good, I don't know how much detail you are planning to include, but I would say

The initial incident with Yaniv started when he attempted to find an aesthetician willing to do work on his genital region. Yaniv had problems doing this because he insisted on contacting women who specialized in Brazilian waxes. Either out of willful ignorance or malice, Yaniv rejected advice that he should seek out a general aesthetician who could work on male genitals.

Yaniv didn't want to get people to work on his genitals. He just wanted troon $. He contacted 17, found 3 that said 'yes', and then sued the other 14. (not 16, as stated, though at least one provider was sued multiple times, in the form of the individual practitioner and the salon)

There is a technical distinction between a Brazilian wax for female and male

A 'Brazilian wax' is always female, a male Brazilian is a 'Brozilian' or a 'Manzilian'. Poyer's lawyers had a Brozillian waxer expert witness lined up to testify about the fundamental (not 'technical' I think) difference https://www.jccf.ca/victory-for-bc-...usal-to-perform-waxing-service-on-transwoman/

Further, Jonathan Yaniv filed with the Canadian courts to have publication of his name legally banned,

Not exactly. Read this:

http://www.bchrt.bc.ca/shareddocs/d..._Tanning_Lounge_and_others_2018_BCHRT_282.pdf

Essentially Yaniv filed 14 complaints, not all at once, around the 12th of March. The tribunal made 3 sample cases, and put the other 11 on ice so as basically to be in a position to dismiss the other 11 if they 3 were found to be unfounded.

On June 14 he filed for anonymity, to the Tribunal (not courts). Hence he was NOT protected before this. The tribunal rules state '(6) An application for an order limiting public disclosure of personal information must state why privacy interests outweigh the public interest in access to the tribunal’s proceedings.' A successful application under this rule was one in this case http://www.bchrt.bc.ca/shareddocs/d..._Employee_v_Life_Labs_No_2_2018_BCHRT_202.pdf by saying that the person had family in <intolerant shithole> who would be put at risk if they knew they were a tranny.

On June 21, the anonymity order was granted unopposed, but on an interim basis, on the basis that there is a 'presumption of privacy' about being a tranny. Hence following the ruling on the cases, a hearing on the matter of anonymity will be held, as in the pdf example above.

PS. Incidentally, tranny cow Oger doxed all the witnesses against him in the same kangaroo court. Anonymity was applied for by Oger's opponent, on the basis that being tranny-critical makes you a pariah. This was granted in the respect of people who were not publicly out as tranny-critical, but denied for those who had already publicly spoke on tranny matters http://www.bchrt.bc.ca/shareddocs/decisions/2018/oct/230_Oger_v_Whatcott_No_6_2018_BCHRT_230.pdf

This should only apply to actual trans people who are in fact living a private life, not people who publicly shriek about what total trannies they are 24/7 for attention.

According to BCHRT Commissioner Devyn Cousineau on 12/11
http://www.bchrt.bc.ca/shareddocs/d..._Tanning_Lounge_and_others_2018_BCHRT_282.pdf

From the intro:

Early on in this complaint, I made an interim order restricting publication of JY’s name and sealing the contents of her complaint file. I said that I would re‐visit these issues following a final hearing. The basis for this order was JY’s claim that publishing details of her gender identity could negatively impact her business. After that interim order, Ms. Poyer and Mr. Paradis [Individual Respondents] retained legal counsel and applied to have the order lifted on the basis that JY in fact already had a very public online presence as a transgender woman. I held a telephone conference call to address that issue, among others.

...which makes Yaniv's strategy more clear.

Anyone who searches will find the screenshots and commentary on the first page of Bing, Google, DuckDuckGo, startpage. If business is being hurt, it is because of Yaniv's conduct, not because of what Yaniv is identifying as, but Yaniv will insist on the latter.

ETA:

Cousineau goes on to state this:

I take notice of the fact that transgender and gender non‐conforming persons face high levels of stigma and are at an increased risk of violence, harassment, social isolation and discrimination. In these circumstances,
I am satisfied that it is better to err on the side of caution in protecting a transgender person
who asserts that the publication of their name in association with a complaint may expose them to harm.

The presumption is on the wrong foot in the first place. Court records should be presumptively public, and only sealed for good cause, not assumed to be private unless proven otherwise. This is yet another way this troon has managed to waste money of other people with his utter bullshit.

Canadian HR proceedings are sealed at the drop of a hat. Criminal proceedings can be sealed for almost any reason as long as the Crown agrees. Further, even open information on criminal court proceedings can be very difficult to obtain if it's thought the records will/could be used to "bring the administration of justice into disrepute". The press in Canada is routinely required to force courts to release documents, evidence, etc...

OK, but is the Crown agreeing in this case? The BCHRT does not appear to have been able to formally censure the JCCF, in Calgary, AB, nor the non-BC Canadian pubs that have reported on the matter.

ETA: Just noticed the caveats on the bottom of Jessicayaniv.org:

No rights reserved. You may save, store, transmit, duplicate, edit, publish, or monetize this document in any way that pleases you.

This document is maintained by Joshua Moon <josh@jaw.sh>. Submit comments, complaints and litigation to that address. Yes, that means you Jonathan.

ETA2: Did Null really register jonathanyaniv.org in ONT, CAN?

Yes they seem to have limited powers, they whine several times in their report that the JCCF doxed Jonathan on their website, including his home address (until quite recently I think?) and name in their files, despite them complaining several times. I'm not sure if they have any teeth in that case?

It wouldn't be terribly wise for a bullshit fake court like these tribunals to pick a big fight with a bunch of constitutional lawyers. They could find that their very existence is unconstitutional.

If you search for his name on Youtube you find this video by Christina Koenig, who is trans.

Interesting thing about 'TERFs' is how many of them are trans themselves. It's almost like the term is being used to discredit their views.

She also mentioned redkatherinee who drew that TERF witch cartoon I used a few pages back. redkatherinee is a 15 year old Russian lesbian who gets regular rape and death threats from loonies. She drew this rather poignant cartoon series.

I think the reason people protect people like Yaniv is ideological. Once you have one person exploiting the rule that says anyone who claims to be a woman is legally one, it's clear that it's not a very good rule.

As Doctor Who once observed "You know the very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. They don't alter their views to fit the facts. They alter the facts to fit the views. Which can be uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering."

In this case redkatherinee's cartoons are pointing out inconvenient truths and that is why very stupid people are sending her rape and death threats despite the fact she's a child posting drawings on the Internet and no sane person would think that threatening her with heinous shit to silence her was a reasonable response. Similarly the Yaniv case demonstrates the same inconvenient fact, and that's why very powerful people want to scrub all evidence of it off the Internet.

When you've lost the argument but don't want to change your mind, censorship and threats are the only way to keep your narrative intact.

It's also depressing that redkatherinee speaks Russian and yet all the people sending threats to her all seem to speak English. It's almost like there's something profoundly sick about the culture in the English speaking world.

In the former USSR attitudes towards LGBT is very different from the west and most people simply don't think about transgender individuals. It's just not on their mind and they don't earn enough to care. The people who are transgender (transexual?) don't make a big fuss about it. Gender roles tend to be a lot more "stereotypical" than in the west. There are certain expectations from women and others from men and for the most people go with it (note: this doesn't have to be a patriarchal model).

I also wouldn't read too much into this. Western countries have their own problems and so do former USSR republics.

At 27:22 of the video submitted by @Gustav Schuchardt, someone refers to the cartoonist as 15 and then says he'd like to force his "girldick" down her throat.

Christina Koenig, who made the video, said she was 15. And some Internet loony said he wanted to force his 'girldick' down her throat which Koenig pointed out is a pretty appalling thing to say to a 15 year old.

This is a ninth-grader. Adults should never talk to children this way let alone be seeking them out.

Agreed 100%. Look at David "Dee" Price's thread. He said he wanted to chop out a female poster's uterus and sell it on the Internet to a 'trans girl'.

As Koenig points out, the people saying things like this are not psychologically well adjusted. It's telling too that they're sending rape, mutilation and death threats to women who criticise their right to put their 'girldicks' wherever they choose.

Basically culturally there used to be a meme of crazed men who had autogynephilia - see for example Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs. The film makes it pretty clear he's not actually a transsexual, presumably in the sense that he doesn't have gender dysphoria. He was just a loony who wanted a radical transformation and was willing to chop up women to do it. Of course the trans rights crowd want to remove this meme from the culture. If you tried to make Silence of the Lambs today you'd be stopped, because that meme of crazed and dangerous autogynephiles is 'transphobic'.

It's this meme engineering which is so dangerous. And I'd say it's what leads to people thinking it's OK to tell 15 year old lesbians in a different country you want to shove your girldick down their throats. As Koenig points out there's a lot of language designed to dehumanise 'TERFs', aka anyone who disagrees that 'transwomen are women' and that language is designed to make them acceptable targets for abuse.

Threatening to rape a 15 year old girl is going to make everyone a-okay with transwomen using female restrooms I'm sure.

Agreed. In fact, most terves on r/gc are former trans allies, many have trans people in their families or were once trans themselves, and learned through life that the Buffalo Bill "stereotype" can be true. Everyone stereotypes everyone on everything, so if you don't want to be that stereotype, then don't act like it.

You and Koenig win the Internet. Take the term "TERF" (trans-exclusionary radical feminists) who ideologically have traditionally aligned with the left. Most radfems believe a person can't be a radfem unless they're female, pro-choice, not conservative, and typically subscribing to socialist views, unlike the "gender critical" view.

Unfortunately, a lot of trans rights activists probably won't make the argument that Yaniv isn't trans. The smarter ones prefer to make the argument that there are predators in every community and the trans community is no exception. The problem is most pedophiles are male and regardless of how they identify, that stat seems to hold true for the trans community.

Just thought of something; if J.Y. ever gets busted for anything involving a minor, there's a possibility that there may be a media ban on Yaniv's name - not to protect Yaniv but to protect the identity of underage victims. So you may see news articles but with vague information.

(There was a huge case in Ontario recently with a child pornography ring that was busted; at least one culprit is unnamed in media because he victimised his own family members. That case has nothing to do with Yaniv; just an example of media ban in Canada).

However if this ever happens with Yaniv, the details here are unusual enough that we would know exactly who the article is about. We would see something like "On Thursday a 32 year old Langley resident was arrested for (insert offence here: inappropriate sexual conduct with an underage music group that they managed? Soliciting of minors in Facebook groups? Etc)." Anyone reading the news with any familiarity with Yaniv would get that "hey, wait a minute, this sounds familiar" reaction.
