People in the building know about his online life and I was told to check it out. There is an older woman whose fucking livid about the waxing salon lawsuits and went on a rant. The conversation was prompted after I asked a neighbor if they knew what was up with paramedics and firetruck showing up. A solid hallway gossip session was had.
@sixthwave - no PowerPoints but just really stupid ideas. We're having problems with residents parking in visitor parking. JY suggested that visitors must leave after 6 hours or get immediately towed. It's like he doesn't get that some people are getting laid and have overnight visitors. Deidre appears to have already deleted their offending tweet by the time I saw this, but from the context, it looks like she was helpfully pointing out to Amber (the journalist looking for trans victims of discrimination to interview) that she might not want to interview Jessie, as she is of the opinion that Jessie is a fucking pedophile.

Southern BC has a lot of crazy people free-roaming. Drug use is rampant and so are people with psychosis that may or may not be related to drug use. A lot of them are messy and violent. They will leave uncapped needles in the public bathroom and literally throw shit at the employees.
All this to say that the employees might have refused him service on the basis of thinking he is another crazy/schizo/meth-addict or whatever.
They can't refuse someone service on the basis of sex or gender identity, but they can certainly refuse service if you look like you might start biting people or eating the wallpaper.

I can't verify this information in any way, but I consider it credible because of how bizarre Yaniv's behavior has been recently.
Someone's informed me that Yaniv basically receives no commercial business anymore, has failed to recoup any financial losses via human rights tribunals, and is increasingly at odds with local police in Vancouver. He moved out of his mother's house (but still accepts money from her) to live in a condo by himself, but the social isolation has made him more self destructive than before.
Also interesting is that his method of getting shit taken down appears to be sending heavy-handed C&D orders to everyone. When he's talking to Muscatto about getting things done, what he's really saying is he has a subscription to LegalShield and can get a piece of paper backed by fuck all for twenty bucks.
The person who sent me this claims he is a genuine danger to children and is hawked constantly by good samaritans in this community who are aware of this thread and its contents. He's apparently already gotten in trouble for perving on kids to the point where manager on his property got involved.

that lines up with the shifts in his behavior in this thread over the last few months. he's really dug into the TOL stuff and he doesn't seem to talk about his business or professional skills anymore beyond his predatory troonery. i hope people continue to watch and ensure that he cannot victimize any more children.

He has stood up to Yaniv's dumb legal moves several times, he's stood up to entire countries in fact. If Yaniv tries to pry info out of Josh, I suspect he'll react more strongly than "fuck you and your shithole country." Josh is like that Tom Petty cover. He doesn't back down.
