Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Resemblance or nah? I'm too autistic to decide.

The less creepy looking guy is David Berkowitz, American serial killer.

Twitter won against Meghan Murphy who sued after being banned for “misgendering” JY

The first sentence of the article reads: "Twitter has prevailed in a battle with Canadian journalist Meghan Murphy, who sued the service after it banned her for “misgendering,” or referring to transgender individuals by their biological gender at birth."
Our biological gender remains the same throughout our life, there's no need to add 'at birth'. If they want to be politically correct with the 'assigned male/female at birth', they should just use the whole phrase instead of writing nonsense like this. Just like the pageant that told Yaniv he can't participate until after he's had gender reassignment surgery because that will supposedly make him 'genetically female'. I get that they're terrified of offending trans people but that doesn't mean they have to write utterly stupid shit like this.

Disappointing, but I'm not surprised. Trans politics are extremely conservative (pro-censorship, anti-woman, anti-gay), the government/the courts are very conservative as well, and Twitter is really conservative in its social views and how it determines what's banworthy. I was just reading a story about two girls trying to escape forced marriage in Saudi Arabia and Twitter, at the behest of the Saudi Arabian government, deleted their accounts so they couldn't speak out about it or receive help. So like.. to recap: Hate speech against women, gays and people of color, advocating conversion therapy for gays, and rape/death threats against feminist women is okay with Twitter, but god forbid you tell a man in a dress that he's a man in a dress or speak out against or try to escape an oppressive, conservative, religious state that is forcing you into lifelong rape and oppression, that's bad and Twitter will ban you for it.

It's kind of.. funny, in a depressing way, how obvious they are about their priorities.

Yeah I don't really know what Murphy was expecting to accomplish. Does someone have a link to the original complaint where she outlined (or attempted to outline) what authority the judge had to grant her relief?

  • Agree

The problem is I live in Canada and the justice system here considers shit talking someone whose transgender online the equivalent of joining ISIS. It is just too much risk for me to put out anything more specific online. Youll have to choose if you want to beleive me or not.

Luckily JY, if he is reading this, knows that he wasn't on that stretcher and that I am telling the truth. He also knows that the RCMP were in his unit this week. What was that about? Wasting more public resources?

Dude, nothing about you will be online. It's entirely via private messages with the site's owner, who would die before he doxed one of the site's users. Hundreds of people with connections to lolcows have been verified here, and none of them have been doxed because of it. It's the only way your claims can be taken as fact.

it was for discrimination on the basis of sex, since men don't tend to get banned nearly as often for saying the exact same shit.

There is no way you could be ID'd from such a photo unless yaniv was standing right next to you when you took it.

I've heard that digital cameras embed EXIF data which can include GPS/geolocation information depending on the model of the camera or phone used to take the picture. It would be best to review any pictures prior to posting to ensure they don't contain EXIF or other metadata that could be used in an attempt to personally identify the photographer.

And since we know JY has used images posted here to further a narrative of oppression, a watermark identifying the images as coming from KF might deter JY from posting them for followers to see. I've seen 'Farmers do this with images in other posts with a watermark that includes "KF/Kiwi Farms" or the URL to a specific thread.

imgur strips exif data (there may be other services that do it but i know that one for sure).

so if you're a paranoid autist, upload your phone photos/screenshots to imgur; download images (delete originals from your phone if you like), then post it here.

I would avoid using Imgur for anything; they've been very transparent about their biases and willingness to fuck with users over politics so even with that function, IMO it's best to never post any content there whatsoever.

BTW in one of @sixthwave posts Holly said she wasn't following Jonathan anymore after his cancer posts.

You're not posting anything there. You're using the service to strip the exif data from your image and then saving the image back to your device. Who gives a fuck what their biases are? Their faggot users matter even less.

There are natively available programs for every single OS and CPU architecture combination under the sun that have the ability to strip out all EXIF data from a picture. This isn't rocket science.

Using imgur is even easier for some normie that doesn't know how or want to fuck around with that. It's an option, all I'm sayin

GPS would be pointless because yaniv already know where his mailbox is. The worst that could be there is the model of phone but not really an issue if its a common one like an iphone. If he is paranoid he can open up file properties in windows or mac and change every field to #waxmyballs #tamponsin12yearolds.
