Not in any court of law, he isn't. In Toronto, the guys who ran Your Ward News got jail time, barred by Canada Post from distributing, and charged with two counts of wilfully inciting hatred against an identifiable group. But even while heading to trial they kept working and finding ways to get their little newspaper distributed.

Jon is only a proven racist in the twitter-sphere. He hasn't been proven or charged under the law, so there's no legal black mark of any kind preventing him from being hired for this sort of thing.

It's really fucking weird though. From what I have heard, BC Liquor stores are miserable places to be and work.

I still think this has something to do with his pending court date for that taser. Perhaps he's been advised to keep himself employed to show he's not just on the dole.

Anyone think Jon's gotten this job just to say he's working/"contributing" to look good to the court over the taser charge?

Anyone know if he gets commission for how much he pours? I like a free drink as much as the next person, but most are gonna pass up an enormously fatty cocktail pushed by a slavering 360 pound weirdo with a creepy vibe. And since he's reported seizures, is Mama Yaniv having to play Mom's Taxi getting him to his job?

Did you read the post you quoted? They weren't just saying it's cool to get photos, which we all agree with, they were talking about how the business should know about Johnny. In other words, that 'we' should be calling everyone we find out Yaniv is working for, including businesses that serve over-age people, and try to get him fired. That's the sort of autistic shit that violates rule one at the top of every page.

Oh yeah, great idea, fire an extremely litigious person and then say it's because they're a "proven racist." Good job finding yourself in one or two courtrooms and having to back up that 'proof' with twitter posts and stuff you found on kiwifarms, known "stalker" website banned in Australia. Your corporate lawyers will love that.

I'm not defending Jonathan and fuck you guys for making me feel like I even have to say that.

I used to do drink promotion work like this. Didn't get commission for the number of samples/ sales but as has been posted earlier the pay per hour was good. Bars in mind you only work 2-4 hours doing the promotion and its casual work so you might only get one or two bookings a week so it's mostly college kids working these kinds of jobs. I'm not in Canada but I'm pretty sure the promotion companies are similar worldwide.

Just saying that the business should know about Jonny isn't equal to calling the whole board to join him though. The user didn't say "we"--@Sookie did and in context, it's clear she's not talking about the "we" of KF but the local "we."

I just see a local posting a convo expressing concern about an employee at a business he frequents, same as has occurred many times before over the past year. If he posted it on Twitter/FB some other social media then archived it here, we'd have the same information.

Yaniv looks like he was scratching his butt in the one photo. Worried he handled the drinks and didn't wash his hands.

Anyways, I am sure this events company is completely unaware of the infamy Yaniv represents. We all know Yaniv has the "Midas touch" in anything he participates in. I am loving observing this inevitable train wreck because I fully agree as an observer that he's going to fuck it up like, as he has with past opportunities.

I will keep The Farms informed what I continue to learn from my BCLC contact of Yaniv's sampling tours. He was at two downtown sampling Mike's Hard Lemonade products a few weeks back.

Thank you to the contributor of the photos. I had been hoping to get one since I learned he was working in Liquor stores.

The user in question blanked all of their posts, and deleted their attachments.
Just because they got their dick slapped for not knowing the culture, doesnt make it appropriate to delete all of your contributions.
Take the sentiments that the call was in poor taste and move on.
That would apply to any thread/cow/subforum on the farms.

But as it stands, there is probably a very high chance that it slips under the radar at times, moderation is only so many people, and this is not a small forum anymore.

Ah, Mike's Hard Lemonade, the pedophile's drink of choice, so popular amongst that crowd the company who makes it complained to Dateline NBC that it was being featured too much on TCAP. Of course Yaniv would be a big fan/promoter.

Pure Marketing genius, hire local freak of nature for minumum wage, people come in to point and laugh and take pics behind his back and then they figure "well, looks like Skyy vodka 1 liter is on sale, might as well grab one while I'm here", meanwhile the troon support squad shops there for their weekly Chardonnay supply and collect ass-pats for supporting a troon hiring local biz. The jew in me thinks this is a marketing power play.

🌈I hope he wins!🌈 I would love to see Yaniv as "Miss BC" and have to be trotted out at events as the shining example of Canadian womanhood. If he really, truly enters -- do they broadcast or livestream the pageant? Because I want to see that.
