I think he is just plain racist. A large part of that can be attributed to his religious upbringing, I bet.

He still hasn't been charged with sexual predation, or anything to do with deviant sexual behaviour against a minor. Nobody has even started the process to get charges against him. Not one single so-called "victim." It's just an echo-chamber in twitter right now.

He had a secular upbringing. There's no evidence either of his parents were religious. Many cultural jews will go to synagogue once in a while - especially if the mother is part of the sisterhood (think "giant gossip klatch")

Orthodox jews aren't generally racist. They're mostly just ignorant.

He's racist because something likely happened to him, or him and his family at the hands of someone who was a minority. That happens all the time: White kid goes for interview to work at local library, but minority kid gets the job, white kid seethes.

He was probably turned down for a job, and a minority got the job. Jewish people can't really play the minority card when it comes to employment - they're lumped into "caucasian." Or maybe one of his parents were let go from a position and they assumed it was because there was a minority in the wings waiting to take it (more likely someone just more qualified.)

His family probably got fucked over for work, especially with his grifting dad, and he needed an angle to project his racism in the framework of a minority. He picked a doozy - a trans, lesbian, "female," who feels they are constantly marginalized. When really, it's ALL entirely his doing, and mainly because of his mental issues and subsequent lack of maturity. He was a fucked up kid from the moment he attended school.

Then he figured out he can fill out papers and file them, and scare other people, kind of. As long as he plays the trans card, some people on social media will always knee-jerk-react and say that he's being marginalized.

And now it's his only narrative.

I think he thinks he's a brilliant troll by doing this stuff. And, as others have pointed out, it doesn't seem to have had adverse consequences for him so far. Well, except for being unemployable in even the most shit tier of jobs. E.g. look at his liquor tasting gig. Most of us have done shit like that in our late teens or early twenties and stopped doing it when we figured out how to get real jobs. He's still doing it in his thirties and I bet they won't ask him back after his current contract runs out and he'll be known as the legendary idiot by another few hundred people.

And the more notorious he becomes, the more people will fuck with him when he does get jobs in the hope of producing an amusing chimp out that gets him fired until he's eventually 100% unemployable.

Either Yaniv spergs and freaks at the reporters about being wronged or ignores it and they say they were ignored and just run the story about how shitty he was according to the adjudicator. If I understand the process correctly, JCRF can seek a judgment against him in grown-up court, which can lead to his wages being garnished and/or a lien against his property.

The Tribunal was too lenient on him. Given that Miriam was causing disruptions with EHS/VPD threats (as I recall) and Whatcott got slapped for disruptive antics, it should have been $10,000 per Represented Respondent.

We all know Yaniv's got the Whatcott case and other BCHRT cases (alleged) in the pipeline, as well as the Physio Table lawsuit. I guess the Beluga will duck and cover like he did in August, possibly some long-awaited wasteful Ambulance calls to the condo...

If Yaniv doesn't pay the $6,000, there will be no new cases allowed until it's paid off. It's gonna be some extra shifts sampling in the Liquor stores to pay this off.........

It all started and ended with the BCHRT case and how absurd the filings seemed, right from day one.

He will either not say anything, or he will say something not worthy of print. The reporter asking him for comment is not one of the major story-writers for the Globe. She's an urban-affairs reporter with the Globe for BC issues - she's not on the national coverage team.
