Beforehand, it would be completely in character for there to be some more 'suicide bids', or other attempts to wiggle free from responsibility that even a five-year-old would regard as disingenuous. Whether any of these legal shenanigans lead anywhere is doubtful, given that Yaniv's probation for weapons possession has placed him on leash that is so long that it may as well not exist.

Since no firm lines have been drawn for big Jon, I can see him stepping up the aggression on and around his court dates and perhaps progressing towards more violent assaults - either providing insight into the impression that giant boulder would have made upon Indiana Jones or bludgeoning someone with an improvised weapon of some description. Yaniv is currently forbidden from possessing firearms; a good thing as if he strikes me as the trigger-happy type.
