I have a dumb question; can one not use their computer for other things whilst the video is uploading? Can you not just keep it open in another tab?
I’m pretty sure uploading doesnt rely on object permanence. As long as what you’re doing doesn’t use up bandwidth you should be able to use your computer or be in another tab. Amber, however, probably relies on object permanence.

I didn't watch. Was it wheels or tires? I ask because other Farmers mentioned tires. If tires, that doesn't make sense - a tire store that has no tires. It isn't like Becky is driving a fancy car, or is choosing super special tires.

I'm not an expert on cars, but I expect that there is damage being done to tires, wheels and maybe the axles and gear box. I'm pretty sure the passenger seat is fucked too.

A small town shop may not stock all tire sizes, brands, or options. Likely just the most common ones and any other ones can be brought over from somewhere in a larger city. Just like a repair shop isn't going to have every single alternator, starter, radiator, battery, etc for every single type of vehicle. Unlike with tires, if there is a parts store in the same town, it's easier to get what you need. Otherwise, you wait for someone to bring it from somewhere else.

Their kitchen is really strange.

They have a range next to the door (this is a really bad idea) and it has no range hood over it, so all the steam, smoke and smells just go all over the kitchen and the rest of the house. Even if you don't have an exterior vent or drill out a hole for one, they make recirculating models.

Yet, they have a relatively new looking under-cabinet microwave, which might even be an over-the-range model with a built in vent hood, yet not positioned over the range. I don't get it at all.

For sure. Ever since I noticed the weird bedrooms right off the kitchen and the stove up against the wall, I've been worried AL was gonna light the damn place on fire. All it takes is one journal too close to the burner and our gorl taking a selfie on her new HD camera to light that place up. AL also has a bunch of paper hoard and other highly flammable things hoarded in the house that can really help ignite a whole-house fire.

Amberlynn's kitchen safety reminds me, unironically, of one of my favorite shitposts:
