considering how he courted leanna, and the info about begging kat to help with his alcoholism after pretending to help her with obs on twitter, dsp would only admit it if it makes him look like a mature adult with a business degree, so we can assume the opposite

Katherine and Phil had conversations on Twitter about Stream Labs, or OBS, either way some streamer junk. You can find the conversations if you go over Katherine's Twitter.
My guess is like with Leanna he reached out and didn't let go.

Recently some weird information came out that I cannot confirm so grain of salt, Phil contacted Katherine and spun a sob story about how he needs to stop drinking and he needs her help. Phil will also avoid talking about their story because he knew Katherine was cheating on her boyfriend. So Phil ruined a relationship because he made a retarded bitch wet by saying "I make lots of money" which Subaru Man confirmed.

I swear I remember seeing another vid back in 2010/2011 of this guy that lived in his condo complex, that just filmed himself standing outside of Phil's door as the pig was filming a playthrough, and you could hear him yelling all throughout the hallway. The guy just looked at the camera and laughed. Anyone else remember this?

It doesn't matter if Phil confirms it or not, we already know what happened. He doesn't want to admit they met on Twitter; remember that Phil's original story was that they met "randomly" while he was out doing things. He doesn't want to admit he contacted her just one day after publicly announcing his breakup with Leanna and was universally mocked for it. He doesn't want to admit he told Kat he was a depressed alcoholic in order to garner sympathy from her. He doesn't want to admit he flew her out 3 times to his place while crying poor (here's a pic of me wearing long sleeves because I can't afford to keep the heat on, please give me more money). He doesn't want to admit that the only way he could convince Kat to be with him was to spend a ton of money on gifts because he has nothing else she would want. He doesn't want to admit that Kat was already in a relationship as he was doing all of this. He doesn't want to admit Subaru Man found out what was going on and kicked Kat out of his place, which led to the sudden urgency that Kat had to move in by a certain date. He doesn't want to admit their relationship is a farce. I don't blame him for not wanting to talk about it, it's too embarrassing.

As an additional minor point in looking at the way both Phil and Kat act, I would be surprised if there was any phone or chat sex going on between those two...or any that happened when she flew out to Renton. She exhibits the behavior of a chick with abuse in her past, even down to flinching when touched in the neck and shoulder area, and seems dry as a desert while Phil is the type to stare and chuckle like butt-head when presented with a pair of breasts.
Purely a relationship of convenience.
I doubt even to this day there's any semblance of romance between these damned souls.

Why even lie about it? He could literally say "we started talking online and things went from there" and that would be an acceptable answer for most people. Meeting someone online isn't even considered weird now. It's clear it started pretty much right after he and Leanna broke up and while Kat was still with Subaru dude, but that's a whole other issue.

Because it's Phil. And Phil can't help himself from fabricating shit on the fly for anything. Even if he went that route and said "We started talking online, and went from there...." he'd later elaborate and make shit up for the sake of making shit up. It's compulsive at this point. If you give a Phil a question, he's gonna lie about it.
