And he keeps taking photos of stuff proving he is making money off it. He’s gonna get a rude awakening once the lawsuit papers come to his attention
The lyrics of the hit shit series "sonic underground"'s opening predicted this coming downfall.
That's right, this was the "deadly fate".

Funny thing, whenever someone brings up stuff from the older lawsuit and the contracts of his employment the dude gets super defensive and rather pissy about it.
And he keeps taking photos of stuff proving he is making money off it. He’s gonna get a rude awakening once the lawsuit papers come to his attention
I wonder if he does hope for a lawsuit, so he can play victim in all this.

I don't know if it's that much worse then most Sonic porn, really.
I am pretty sure other Sonic porn has some more believable breasts.

ThanksKenPenders has the physical book, dear God

A heads up, your archive link isn't rendering properly, it just contains a Tumblr loading page. I think archive.is is choking on how Tumblr serves content. Ghostarchive might be worth trying.

I don't know if there's some special reason he thinks he can do this but if there isn't he's getting his ass royally fucked, and you can bet Archie really hates his guts, too.
Bet you Archie is secretly hoping he actually does try this and actually does make some money. Money they could claim as part of damages.

I was hoping I could forget that song. Thanks.

He probably does, smugly thinking that Archie has learned nothing from their previous suit with him.

So, I watched that review. So Ken did change some art panels in the 25 year later portion of the Archie Sonic comics. But why? Nothing was wrong with the art originally.

If Ken goes through reprinting hardbacks on previous comics, is he going to alter the art as well? I hope not.
He is a horrible artist. So he is probably changing the art so he can get sued so badly. What he doesn’t understand is that it will seal his faith

Including the shit he didn't work on. Kind of ironic all things considering sense anything past #160 he had nothing to do with it. He's going to be outright stealing at that point with zero ambiguity.
This is going to be one big legal battle over this
And it's ain't going to be pretty
Ken Penders really should be the poster child of how fucked American copyright laws are. Ken Penders should be studied by law school students.

So if Sega does decide to do anything about it, “Nintrendodude” is going to be dragged along with KennyPenny into the legal hilarity

This is (per my admittedly layman interpretation) pretty much an admission of guilt before a suit is filed, surely?

Smoooooooooth brain action

Forgive me if this was mentioned earlier. Ken Penders made his skunk fursona popping 15-year-old Sally Acorn cherry canon. How and why the hell the judge gave Ken Penders the rights to Sally Acorn, a character he did not create. If DIC didn't merge with Moonscope to form Cookie Jar Entertainment. Would they have counter sued Archie comics and Ken Penders? Sally Acorn on a long list of characters created by DIC by request of Sega for the 90s Sonic cartoons.

Ken doesn't own Sally, she's still under Sega which is why she and the Freedom Fighters are still in IDW Sonic. He owns every Knuckles recolor known to man however.

He acting like he does. The character profiles namedropping princess Sally. Far as Ken Penders cares. He still using Sally Acorn.
True, but Ken also thinks he can print the entirety of Archie Sonic with zero repercussions. Dude truly believes he can do whatever the fuck he wants since he lucked out on the lawsuit

I'm surprised he didn't jam her in the list of like every comic character ever if true because it's been pointed out a good number of times a lot of the concepts or characters he copyrighted under everyone's noses were shit he didn't even make but just shit that appeared in the comics.

Despite everything, my hopes for a ken penders-chris chan crossover still linger.

Probably because of both his hatred toward Sally and the fact that every autistic sonic fan knows she wasn't a comic exclusive but was first introduced in the cartoon the comic was based on.

What are the chances of him actually getting around to reprinting Archie Sonic it vs him just talking about it and not actually doing anything, given that it took Penders the better part of a decade to put his money where his mouth is with just the one issue? And even then the bulk of that was Archie reprint, with very little original material.

Also, was it ever determined why he was so hung up on the Sonic thing to begin with that he tried to steal the comic instead of, y'know, just moving on or doing stuff over elsewhere?

Because all his other projects bombed or just plain sucked. So, the Sonic thing is only thing he has left and pretty much hangs on it as his life line.

Well the fact that it was Archie reprints shows that Ken will actually make the attempt, but I'm guessing another couple years if a lawyer doesn't sit him down again and tell him reprinting the entire Archie line for profit is a massively bad idea.

Archie Sonic was the high point of his career. It was the longest running licensed comic ever printed and he put a lot of time into it. It was mostly shit, but he had free reign to add pretty much whatever he wanted as long as he didn't use Sonic as the primary vehicle, hence all the Echidnas and other nonsense. Hell it was so prevalent that when the lawsuit kicked into high gear during Ian's run, his storylines were completely neutered because he had to jettison like 80% of the cast and everything related to them.
