Found a bit more dirt on Allred: The guy doesn't even have a PhD. It's very unusual for someone to teach at a university without one, to me this confirms that he just knew the right people/kissed the right asses to get his "job" with Rutgers.

I'm guessing the 'radical' lawyer is less interested in Allred's legal well-being than he is in making a statement. But what do you expect? I'm guessing that no 'real' lawyer would be willing to represent a turd like this without a significant fee schedule. And I think we all know Allred is looking for pro bono work.

It looks like their plan is to basically not cooperate with the FBI. Based on this guy's outbursts, it might be a wise choice. I don't think for a second he would have the balls to actually do anything physical but he could say stupid shit in front of them. Generally when the FBI is knocking at the door of the suspect they already have most of their investigation wrapped up anyway... with all the salt around I doubt they'll actually tag him if it's just for the twitter stuff (although there might be something we don't know about).

Anyway the real question I have is what the board of directors at his university would think of all this. I can't imagine all of them are 'woke' enough to think it's cool to say you're going to 'run people off the road' based on their political beliefs. And that anyone who voted for Trump can choke. Allred is right that he has a right to free speech (and can't be thrown in jail for, say, burning a flag he buys) but he is wrong if he thinks he has a right to be teaching Beyonce classes at a public university while threatening to kill people.
