If it weren't that bad, he'd have already shown it off to everyone -- fully healed or not. I have to believe that it is a total nightmare and completely botched. Philelope calls himself the CEO of the ranch so I've assumed it means he owns it but Bonnie's recent insurance/debt tweets have had me wondering about this.

These while thing may have been bankrolled by Kevin with his inheritance and the only one of them with a decent credit history (Bonnie?) .

Lurking Phil's IG shows posts of him doing some form of manual labor so maybe he just claimed he has the most experience (debatable that it translates to ranching, but perhaps the whole thing was his idea) and should be put in the highest position.

Their whole financial situation is so bizarre and I don't know why I want to get to the bottom of it.
