It would be such a Monkey's Paw wish to get moobs/now a breast aug, but suffer an arm paralysing stroke (can you get paralysed on both sides from a stroke?) that made him unable to fiddle with them as much as he is definitely doing all the fucking time.
(Eta: apparently brain stem stroke causes full body paralysis/locked in syndrome, been mentioned before in terms of T HRT. Life saving treatment guys)

I think the full-time distraction is intentional so that they aren't left with a lot of time to really think about what they've done. The lovebombing/hugboxing serves the same purpose. Silencing any sane part of their brain that might be left.
