Like Uterus transplants and trans pregnancy are pipe dreams, this is some Tower of Babel level shit. Even if it was possible in some sense I don't imagine a human would survive such an attempt. Not to mention why would they even invent this process when there'd be much more money to be returned for cures for terminal illnesses, cancer, etc. that affect way more people.
