Knowing very little about medicine/anatomy I just can't fathom a way this would ever be possible in grown adults and if we start trying to claim unborn babies are trans, that's it- time to start a colony and dump all the insanity away from normal folk.

Edit the genome of a collection of the recipients stem cells, inject continuously throughout recipients body over a period of time. Grow essential tissues in vats or on donors body and surgically attach them. Issues of rejection would be reduced. Only serious issues would be things that are hard to change like hip width, breast tissue, functioning nipples, bones, and deep viscera like a uterus.

One problem though: the only people smart, driven, and crazy enough to try that and succeed are straight white male shitlords, and in a troons ideal society these men are outcast from higher education and employment.

I'm a little late with this, but the sentiment that a trained gynecologist cannot differentiate between a neovagina and the real deal is absolute insanity. For starters, a layman can differentiate the two (including the discomforting weirdness regarding the uncanny valley effect of their literal uncanny valley), good luck tricking a professional whose entire career is looking at the genuine thing. For goodness sake, Kevin, in one of the very tweets you made after asserting a gynecologist couldn't tell the difference, you admit you can tell what's a neovagina when you lamented that their urethras seemed too large, and don't even try to say you're an expert at differentiating them because you have one. A plastic surgeon who tells you that a gynecologist would be absolutely stumped is either buttering you up, patting themselves on the back, or both. A gynecologist who tells you that they couldn't tell is either flattering you or doesn't exist to begin with.

There's been multiple posts on websites like Reddit from actual gynecologists from Europe and America where they reflect or recall being approached by post-ops. The ones in Europe admitted to playing along in fear of causing a backlash and did procedures and tests they admit to knowing were ultimately pointless. Both countries' gynecologists stated that a majority of the post-ops they received were incredibly manipulative, ranging from fishing for compliments to outright trying to talk doctors into getting them drugs or superfluous procedures. And, most importantly, all of them stated neovaginas were pathetic imitations, on top of having bacterial growth rife with E coli, harmful microbes, and some bacteria a few of the gynecologists couldn't even identify.
