Generally, yeah. Being bred constantly is bad for the female animals and being pestered to mate by the males while pregnant isn't too good for them either.I'm a city boy. I know jack shit about farm animals.
But aren't you supposed to take steps to keep them from constantly trying to make kids?
-Not to mention mature male animals can be aggressive toward and potentially hurt the offspring already on mom's teats as well.
To prevent this people either castrate their non breeding males and/or isolate the studs in a special pen just for them. It does get costly, but it's also better than having all your females overbred, babies stomped, and pastures overpopulated/overgrazed.
A cheaper option would be to sell off all the males once they're weened so you don't have to bother with the extra fencing or castration.
It's just too much exhausting effort for our fine laydees to take care of the land, much less manage their herds and flocks.
Also Kevin thinks the mounting is gay and not animals establishing and expressing domination over one another. Fucking dumbass.
