The idea of a documentary is not that bad. But since there's already a CWCki and so many videos online anyway, it would need to be done by someone good. As in, someone for whom it's not their first project after taking a couple of film classes.

the chick is crazy. she is constantly tweeting at chris. she's already dead in the water because he's probably already blocked her and sees her as a troll.
Oh, haha, wow, I tweeted at her awhile ago and after a bit, she tweeted back to me. I guess I wasn't paying attention.

totally clueless. but almost obsessed from the looks of it.
And I thought one former college classmate of mine thought I was obsessed with Chris just because I had a few videos, knew about some things Chris had done, and read the CWCki. Seriously, trying to contact people who got involved in Chris' shenanigans is just as vain as contacting Chris himself. As some would say, people like Cole Smithey, Megan Schroder, and even Mary Lee Walsh don't want to talk about Chris such as: A) they get phone-calls and e-mails from guys who shout "JULAY!", B) They had a really bad experience of being with Chris whether it was violations of personal space or death threats, or even C) They don't want to be involved with anything that is even remotely related to Chris considering who he is and what has happened. Even if someone tried to contact the trolls to interview them, the trolls would either: A) Not want any interview for whatever reason such as remorse for trolling Chris, B) They don't remember much about Chris other than what is on the CWCki, or C) They just don't want an interview for whatever reason such as not really being trolls anymore.
One can make a CWC documentary on say $0 just by getting CWCki articles related to who Chris is and how he went through the sagas, reading any Q&A's that are on the CWCki and the CWCki forums, and even knowing how the trolls are perceived, either as being worse than Chris or actually trying to help him. Really, this documentary isn't gonna get off the ground unless the person behind it decides to try it at $0 budget and use CWCki articles to explain.

Quick, someone pretend to be Chris and give a fake interview.

If someone pretended to be Chris and give a fake interview, would it really work? What if the interviewer sees through the lie?

This is it. This is destiny. We have finally found the woman so weirdly interested in Chris that she may fulfill his lesbian date fantasy.

if she sees through it she hangs up? Might be worth a try, she seems kinda gullible.

I had a thought the other night of Louis Theroux doing a doc on Chris. He's the only one that could make it good.

You'd have to get a woman to do it lol. I don't think Chris's voice can be replicated by any man over the age of 13.

Also, this is a retarded idea. No one wants to talk because either they're a "civilian" and want to get past that part of their life(I'd honestly love to see an interview with Megan though, she just seem like such a typical geek girl that I'm sure it would be interesting as hell to see what she says), they're a Chandler and don't trust anyone, or they're a troll and don't want to put their ass out on the line to be the test case for some bullshit "cyber bullying" statute.

Shit, I can't blame the trolls at all. I used to troll the fucking furries on second life and there's no way in hell I'd go on camera about it. No one gives a shit when you're on line, but letting people know who you actually are makes it way too easy to get served with nuisance suits and ten thousand Mormon missionaries.

No, I don't think someone pretending to be Chris in an interview is a good idea.

it's like the complete circle of trolling. someone trolling someone else by pretending to be chris just like how chris was trolled believing he was talking to sweethearts. the only thing that would top that is if chris called this psycho and pretended to be someone else.

Yeah, she's definitely over her head here. If she thinks she's going to do an Errol Morris "Thin Blue Line" thing with this, well, good luck to her.

I would like to see a full fledged documentary, based on clips and trolling, but as some people already mentioned, why send money? The stories, the clips and all is right there, maybe a pro/harmonic/talented voice over (but i can hardly believe anyone would put his or her real name on this, let alone let themself be interviewed).

A really well made documentary, somewhat serious take on the matters from the editor? YES PLEASE!

A lulzy trolling and poorly made one? I can do without.

What also hurts is, as far as I know, she is a complete outsider. Nowadays the CWCki forums is probably the largest gathering of Chris aficionados on the internet and she does not seem to be a part of the community.

We have no idea how much she knows about Chris-Chan. For all we know she could have just stumbled across the CWCki one day and got overly enthusiastic about what she found and decided to try to make a documentary about it. At this point it's pretty apparent that Chris has had his 15 minutes of internet fame and to most is a long-forgotten internet curio. We're the stragglers that found Chris intriguing enough that we continue to follow and discuss him long after he stopped producing the sort of classic content he used to and as such we have some very knowledgeable Christorians among us.

I don't know about asking for $20k but I think there would be a lot more enthusiasm for the idea of a CWC documentary if it was being produced by a familiar Christorian. We don't know who she is or how much she knows about Chris, for all we know she could just end up regurgitating age-old Chris info like someone's first day on the CWCki. The fact that she thinks she can just get interviews like that with notable individuals in Christory is a strong hint towards her naïveté on the subject.

That's fair enough for an amateur were she making a free internet documentary, but we're really the only ones who still care about Chris at this point and nobody here wants to cough up $20k to listen to info we already know about.
