Life in North Texas really do be like KOTH.
Also, I think this ytp is underappreciated:
I was wondering why the credits kept the "additional 3D animation". I'm glad I kept watching.

Supposedly it's a pastiche of Garland, in North Texas, and some Austin suburbs where the various writers pulled their experiences from. In the context of the show though, the plots tend to take the characters to more north Texas locations like Dallas and its environs, or pastiches of north Texas events (the Texas State Fair, Scarborough Faire, Cotton Bowl). Excluding Mexico episodes, I think there's only one episode where they explicitly go to a South Texas type locale (a kind of pastiche of South Padre Island / Galveston), and it's always made to seem that going to south Texas or the Mexican border is a long drive from Arlen. But Arlen is South Texas.
Which reminds me of one of my favorite scenes:
Michael Keaton is great in this one. But my favorite is Petriot Act. When this episode first aired we had a cat that looked and acted exactly like Duke. The only thing Duke did that Toby didn't was throw up on the dining room table during dinner. Seeing someone else deal with our fucking cat was hilarious. My favorite episode is Pigmalion.
Hank Hill is based on Tom Anderson from Beavis and Butthead. If you wanted to know.I liked Beavis and Butthead.
It never did really, people are just stupid and don't appreciate good television when they see it. KOTH has been pretty consistent across seasons. It would be nice to have a reboot with LouAnne's death, and Peggy raising baby Grace after Lucky gets depressed and takes off.

She was humble and reserved up until that skydiving episode. There's a theory that she suffered brain damage from that which caused her to act how you described. In an ideal timeline, she would have died in the skydiving episode.
I have a question about the show: why do they sometimes have a different opening theme
Even better is that the guy didn't even know the name of the show. For some reason, he thought it was called, "Porky's Butthole."Speaking of Boomhauer, his speech was based on some guy that complained to Judge about Beavis and Butthead.![]()

Yeah, I thought that it was for used for the season finales but I've heard people say that it's when there's a guest star. I don't know.Do you mean the episodes where the opening theme starts off with someone banging on a cowbell and yelling, "YAHOOOO!"? Those are the season finale episodes.
Indeed, it could had been a interesting to imagine what if Buckley had lived?I wish Buckley had lived. His death and appearing to Luanne after death was actually really sad.

RIP Buckley
I've started watching King of the Hill only recently since I don't think the show aired in my country (or perhaps it did on an obscure channel). It's really good but like I said in another thread, I fucking hate Peggy. It's not just not liking a character like you would on any other show, she's an awful human being and I think she ruins some good episodes only by her presence and behavior. In an ideal timeline, she would have died in the skydiving episode.
