God damn it, the one time I decide to look away and be normal for a little while and this happens. Guess I'll catch the clips (:_(

Also from the two clips posted here I'll just say it now, my nigga Cobes deserves a nomination for lolcow of the year. He's been shafted constantly and it's time to stop dood.

cobes was never all there to begin with but between the duster abuse and drinking constantly i would not be surprised if this is just what happens whenever he has too much trouble trying to figure something out.

cobra is a LEGAL adult. he can't do anything. if clint would want to force him into a group home or rehab, he would have to go to the court, they will have to start an investigation into cobra. this will take some time. social workers, psychiatrist, psychologist, etc. this wouldn't be quick. unless cobra is an immediate threat to himself (suicidal) or others, then he will be in a 72 hr hold then they will determine if he can take care of himself. however, this most likely won't happen, so, no, clint can't do anything.

First time stumbling into his live, Only seen him through Hannibal before. Shame he deleted his live so fast, it was an interesting experience. Wrote down some notes:

Decided to check out Cobra's live, 2 hours into it. He was sleeping, and people began knocking at the door.
After a while, he wakes up, knocks camera into pointing up, walks in apartment, falls down on the floor, looks for glasses.
Finds glasses, hit head repeatedly while raging on chair, knocks himself out.
Wakes up, gets delivered pizza, gets visited by police who tell him his watchers reported him falling down. Gets asked what day it is, says it's Wednesday or Thursday. It was Saturday.
Rages about fucking asshole trolls, comes to camera, says he didn't realise he was live, ends stream, deletes video.

He got blackout drunk, broke some shit, passed out in his chair, and raged because his trolls kept calling the cops to check on him.

The quick rundown is that he got blackout drunk, crashed his head into his computer, lost his balance and hit the floor hard, more doordash orders, the cops check in on him, they leave and he screams at the top of his lungs about the trolls, a neighbor checks in on him because he's screaming, he comes back to his computer and realizes he was live the whole fucking time, end stream.

Unfortunately he's only completely incoherent in this state because of the booze. Dry him out 72 hours and he'd be together enough at least for them not to be able to lock him up.

Yeah, sorry, just realized I was probably arguing with the guy a couple posts about you and thought the subject was still eviction. I think they could get it if they wanted it but this seems like the kind of shithole where they put up with the dregs of society.
