This is Wyoming (and they'd have an easy time evicting him if they wanted but the authorities couldn't just lock him up because it's a very pro-freedom state). It's pretty easy to get rid of a tenant. That said, if he isn't gone already he has the kind of landlord who caters to losers like him and they might not even want him gone. So far as I know, his rent is effectively paid for him. Of course we don't know for a fact this is a completely normal level of meltdown for him. It's the worst we've seen though.
