On that note I don't know why Josh hasn't seen a dentist because if he's on tardbux (SSI) then he has Medicaid too, and it should have very basic dental coverage like for extractions, root canals, emergencies, etc. Maybe he just stupidly wants to hang on to the dead rotting little teef stumps and will suffer the pain.
