I don't know. I've said this and people have corrected me, correctly or not, and said this isn't some total ghetto-ass shithole full of fuckups and losers. The police routinely show up on him. And now he's brought in some absolute lunatic mental case who constantly gets in screaming matches about nothing and is probably going to get in some kind of spat with neighbors on a routine basis since she's no longer an attic goblin with her parents who were numb to her insanity (and even they kicked her crazy ass out).

It's not like Section 8 (if that is what it is) tenants are rare as hen's teeth. They're easily and even instantly replaced from a long, long waitlist. The issue is more do you want to roll the dice on getting an even worse crazy fuckup.

Cobes is a fuckup but by himself (other than being a risk of burning the place down in a drunken "food hack") not that bad. This NAL bitch is an order of magnitude crazier and has spiraled hard enough that even her parents who had tard wrangled her for her entire life cut her loose.

Never mind that I'm pretty sure she's not on the lease because Cobes wouldn't even think of that.

@Meat Streets usually it’s insanity before said period, then it’s all back to “normal” after the period starts, she’s also just batshit so using it as an excuse has worked so she keeps with it.

How fucking hard would it be for Clint to manage his money a bit and get him a little trailer so he can be as loud as he wants, smoke inside etc? He would fit right into a trailer park. Like this apartment shit just is not working out. It's wild how much the current guy puts up with, trolls fault or not.
