She absolutely would lie about it, I don't know how strict some states are about insurance since I'm not too familiar with US stuff, but I know when I lived in the US if a person wasn't on your insurance they weren't allowed to drive your car unless you had bought specific coverage for that and Aaron doesn't seem like that sort of person, or the person driving would have to have insurance that covered them driving another vehicle, sorry if that's not the case in Wyoming.

In Wyoming the insurance runs with the car, meaning anyone in your family or if you give permission. It's supposed to protect whoever you hit. However, they might try to collect it back from you after paying it out if you did something sketchy like giving permission to someone you knew was driving drunk or had a horrible record that would have disqualified them from the insurance. I know something I've seen is them raising rates, canceling insurance entirely, or trying to claw back a payout if instead of just an occasional thing, you're basically buying insurance for someone else in your own name to get around a bad record that would have led them to refuse coverage, especially if they were using it as their daily drive.

Going to make a prediction:

Cobes will stay with her, shit is going to continue happening and we predict cops will show up or more noise complaints.

However, this is going to end with a pretty shitty and serious situation. One that even Josh’s ODD can’t fight. Most people have self esteem that has highs, lows, and plateaus. She apparently has them over a shorter time frame than most people. For me, it's more like that over a long time. Maybe it's worse for her because of her obvious mental health problems and substance abuse issues. Those most likely cause a accelerate/slam on the brakes type thought pattern. She is happy one minute and five minutes later is sad. Living with that is pure hell as far as my imagination of it goes. So yeah...

She is worthy of pity, but is also very unpredictable and dangerous. Should be left in a supervised environment with competent adults.

i recall her not trusting doctors. i wonder if this is part of the reason why. maybe at some point early on a doctor tried to tell her she had issues and she refused to listen and decided to self medicate instead which has in turn made things far far worse. i am surprised her parents never forced her to take her meds. though they could also be anti doctor as well.

It's really hard to force people to take their medication, especially ones that have unpleasant side effects. Bipolar folk self-report that they do enjoy their manic episodes (if that's what's going on here, I couldn't say for sure). Anti-psychotics come with flattening of effect, weight loss, and lowered libido. It's not uncommon for patients to take themselves off these medications because these side effects.

If she has BPD or HPD (or both), these are really difficult disorders to treat. BPD especially is difficult for normal folk to empathise with, leading people to be rejected and shunned by family, friends, and strangers.

Sometimes there's nothing that can be done. Something like 50% of the homeless population is schizophrenic. They have nowhere to go, and they've been pushed out of whatever support networks they had because they are unmanageable.

If the trolls up the ante with Jessica and she ends up being kicked out of her family's house, we're into Larson territory for NAL. The best thing for her would be to get off the internet and to stop live streaming, for a start.
