It's really hard to force people to take their medication, especially ones that have unpleasant side effects. Bipolar folk self-report that they do enjoy their manic episodes (if that's what's going on here, I couldn't say for sure). Anti-psychotics come with flattening of effect, weight loss, and lowered libido. It's not uncommon for patients to take themselves off these medications because these side effects.

If she has BPD or HPD (or both), these are really difficult disorders to treat. BPD especially is difficult for normal folk to empathise with, leading people to be rejected and shunned by family, friends, and strangers.

Sometimes there's nothing that can be done. Something like 50% of the homeless population is schizophrenic. They have nowhere to go, and they've been pushed out of whatever support networks they had because they are unmanageable.

I listened to JM’s stream today and anyone coming across that recording would think Josh handled her better than a lot of people could.

He stayed fairly calm while she kept escalating because she wanted him to flip out. He didn’t do it and he deserves credit for that. Unfortunately she will keep pushing.

In Wyoming the insurance runs with the car, meaning anyone in your family or if you give permission. It's supposed to protect whoever you hit. However, they might try to collect it back from you after paying it out if you did something sketchy like giving permission to someone you knew was driving drunk or had a horrible record that would have disqualified them from the insurance. I know something I've seen is them raising rates, canceling insurance entirely, or trying to claw back a payout if instead of just an occasional thing, you're basically buying insurance for someone else in your own name to get around a bad record that would have led them to refuse coverage, especially if they were using it as their daily drive.

Is this not just the norm everywhere in the US? It used to be like $15-20 extra/mo for me but at some point it just became standard in the last 5 or so years for me, and I've used 3 different insurance companies. All of them now cover other drivers which IMO was worth the few extra bucks anyway if you were lending your car out to someone for a day.

In that last meltdown stream you can hear her slap him, I’m 99% sure of it. He doesn’t stop talking when you hear her hitting herself, but there’s a part when Cobes is in the middle of a sentence, there’s an obvious slap noise and he completely shuts down while talking. Unfortunately it was off camera so it’s impossible to verify it but I don’t see what else it could be.

It does sound a bit different to the smaller strikes she gave herself when she "had to start hitting herself all over again".
Also, when she was hitting herself, both parties we're still going back and forth. When it comes to the second one, its a real showstopper. The silence carries for a painfully long couple of seconds, followed by the hag's continued frothing temper tantrum.
It's frightening she jumps to hitting herself so quickly after claiming she "isn't angry", yet clearly she does by violently escalating the scene when she doesn't get or hear what she wants.
Not to mention the machete talk.

Her hitting herself at around 7:15. Both clearly still talking (or one talking, the other raving), Josh still sounds pretty calm.

Her possibly slapping Joshie is around 10:25.

I was actually going to make a post similar to this last night but got distracted. Clint went well above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to Josh and still does despite him being 33 years old. To this day Clint handles his SSI, takes him to dentist appointments, helps him ship wands, makes sure his rent is paid on time and buys him groceries yet he still is the ultimate villain to people. Why? 90% of other people would have given up on Josh a decade ago and just stuck him in a group home to rot away. Clint still makes an effort to be in his sons life and he gets nothing but hate for it. It's bullshit. I get Clint is an egotistical faggot and weirdo but he's not a bad father in the slightest.

And no like you said there is nothing Clint could do to turn his life around. Unless Josh agreed to go to rehab or a group home both of which will never happen there is nothing that can be done. His fate is basically sealed at this point.
