The laws are different everywhere but generally, if a tenant voluntarily vacates, the landlord will not pursue it legally especially if back rent isn't owed.

If they don't pursue it legally then the next place he tries to rent most likely won't know about this when he applies. This is all complicated however by him being Section 8 or HUD or whatever. I don't know how that works.

That's the most likely outcome, but I think it'll take less than a month for some doordasher to leak his address and this whole process to start over again.

Oh, sorry. How do you know he isn't?

I wouldn't say it came out of nowhere. He's a tard on SSI, his income is like $900 a month. It's not unreasonable to assume that he's on some form of rental assistance, because most tugboats are.

Man, there is so much bullshit out there about Cobes I feel like I could write an entire Cobra fact sheet on it but that would cut into my drinking and ranting about hating rape time so it will have to postpone

1. Conquistador isnt section 8
2. If he was section 8, there'd be no way he'd get approved for it so fast after his last eviction (talking about when he was evicted from his first apartment)

ah yes the legalize drugs and prostitution loop. People like Jessica would run rampant. He’s such an expert now. Of course he wanted to not talk about the situation it but spent the stream slowly dropping hints, we’ll have new address before he moves into it. I’m sure some DoorDasher will drop it. He oddly has enough food to last him til he moves out. Cobes for president though make America GREATER!

Though I’m looking forward to the crab legs food hack. Has he ever dabbled in crab cuisine?
