As fun as it would be they’d just migrate to discord or backup subs and it’d be harder to keep tabs on what they’re up to. Not only that but operating primarily on Reddit means they have to play by Reddit admins rules even on r/the_boglim which is largely unmoderated it still has admin activity. It would be a shame if the KingCobraJFS subreddit got locked due to harassing an autistic individual. I'm sure they'll have backups I mean people as smart as redditors could have a contingency. I swear they need to get shut down before they do anymore shit.
I'm sure Jessica was just the straw that broke the landlords back. Cobes is screaming all the time, often very late at night, and often very early in the morning, piss drunk and screaming at his phone. Especially when he's not streaming. Troles report him for everything so I'm sure the landlord has had a few dozen people message him about Cobes cooking with grease and leaving the oven on while he(i.e. was it due to NALs insanity
Well, that sounds correct. An eviction is a lawsuit. There are legal proceedings. If you're told to vacate and you do, provided you don't owe back rent, there's no reason for the landlord to go through the hassle of following through on the filing.I'm very surprised he's calling an eviction this time around. During the first eviction, he would repeat that he WAS NOT evicted and that his lease got termed by his landlord.
Good point. I'm sure if there was someone would have posted it by now. I know the crazy faggots on reddit definitely run his name through the search to circle jerk about how bad he is if he did anything as simple as jaywalkWell, that sounds correct. According to Google, court records are public in Wyoming unless sealed by judge (which is very unlikely to happen in an eviction case). Has no one bothered to check with the court to see if Josh has a previous eviction judgement? I'd bet money that he does not. And he won't this time, because he's not fighting this. He's just leaving and presumably it has nothing to do with money. There's no reason for his landlord to take him to court if he doesn't owe money and is willing to leave. Even if he ends up owing for damages to the apartment, that will come after.
I realize it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but I'm only pointing this out because people are worried he'll have trouble finding a new place "with 2 evictions on his credit". He in all likelihood does not have even 1 eviction on his credit. People tend to use the term eviction informally, even when it doesn't technically apply.
Sorry for the PL (and the extremely late reply but this dang thread moves way too fast) but this video always gets me because back in college someone took a video of me very drunk rolling around on the floor screaming about how I broke my cig and it's maybe the most embarrassing thing I've ever done on camera.I showed a stoner friend the broken cigarette rage and he thought it was the funniest thing ever. But he also felt bad for him because he thought he probably broke the last cigarette he had. He was also a smoker lol.
I could see it to be honest. I know there's been a lot of cobra isn't that awful of a tenant posting, but I'm sure the other tenants don't get as many police visits or door dashed large amounts of perishable food that sits outside their door all day.Am I remembering correctly that earlier during this nal visit he indicated that he was on thin ice with the landlord/management? Something like “don’t yell so loud bitch they’re gunning for me” If so, does that imply that a last straw event occurred subsequently?
Didn't even buy them a goddamn twenty dollar (it was forty Dad) ashtray for outside this time. It's a shame cause it's not really directly his fault, but I could see how a landlord would eventually have enough. It's not like cobra does anything to make up for it either.
Clint's "clout" has nothing to do with getting a rental, lol. As long as he has verifiable income that will cover the rent (his ssi) and no evictions on his record he'll get a place and no one has of yet produced the circuit court records showing an eviction.Didn’t they have a hard time finding a place last time? I can’t imagine it’s gonna be any easier now. A permanently jobless autistic guy with two evictions on his record is not exactly a landlord’s first choice. Casper isn’t exactly a large city. Word gets around.
Clint appears to have some clout in their community, which is probably why they even got him a place last time. But I think clout has its limits.
Hoping for this as well, since the word eviction wasn't used by him (I know that doesn't mean anything) what is the possibility that it was just a mutual agreement because of how things were going they decided just give our dark lord a "fresh" start? I know its been said but it could be a notice to not renew or early termination which wouldn't be an eviction. Evictions usually give people 30 days, and it takes a bit to get the paperwork done through the court, but the landlord could have already had this done. I hope he doesn't get doxed but I know that it wouldn't last forever.View attachment 5868229
Honestly I think this eviction could be a good thing for Josh if he plays it right and keeps the new place a secret. I know he won't but if he can it will only mean good things. Not living under the constant fear of deliveries and wellness checks means he can go back to streaming multiple days a week which means way more money from the pay pigs.
He DOES make up for it. Don’t you remember, he bought an outdoor ashtray for the last place.I could see it to be honest.
