Can someone less retarded than me (or maybe more, I'm not sure) outline what actually has to happen for Cobes to end up in a group home? I always thought it was something Clint had to sign off on, but he said in that one interview that it isn't up to him, though I don't think it's wise to take him at his word there. Obviously Josh would never agree to it himself. Whose job is it to see to it that he doesn't kill himself by simply being too dumb to live?
Cobes has to want to go and agree to go, that's what it is. Not to mention someone has to actually pay for it. The whole idea that there are these little cozy places you can just put retards to keep them penned is a relic of a bygone era in mental health (for better or worse)

Very, VERY few people saw that coming. Yeah there was foreshadowing with CWC spooning Barb but he never did anything too blatant physically and we thought he was too socially inept to take advantage of an old lady like that.
