Do cashiers in Burgerland have an obligation to to get involved when somebody on probation is purchasing alcohol? I found that whole exchange a little weird.

Of course NAL is blowing it completely out of proportion and now making up some separate scenario where this woman bumped into her and proceeded to be rude for no apparent reason. The complaint she's going make to the store is going to be absolute frothing-at-the-mouth schizobabble.

the cashier/store can get in legal trouble for selling alcohol to someone who isn't allowed, especially if they're told that person isn't allowed to

ABC stores in Virginia are owned and operated by the state government, the cashier has to take it seriously

Here in atleast SC you can get banned from selling people alcohol for along time if y ou get caught selling to someone who isn't allow, I used to have a buddy whos family owned a few Package/Red Dot stores around town and he told me about it. He said even Grocery store or Gas station people can have it happen if they sell to a minor or when whatever agency comes to town and goes undercover trying to buy beer and shit. I think you can lose you ability to sell even cigs if you get caught selling to a minor. I donnu if its like that anywhere besides SC or if that's like a country wide thing

I love getting the updates, and I'd appreciate a witty clip channel, but I cannot stomach her streaming. Not even J Messica can make it bearable.

She's just horrible. I mean... it's funny that she exists but she's painful to watch.

I really wish she'd take a nap in traffic. Or take a flying fuck at a rolling dump truck. That could really be her nickname, dump truck.

She's so fucking easy to troll. Makes Cobra look restrained.

Press S to shit on aNAL... S

I'm so proud of whoever impersonated her p.o. Dumbitch was soooooo embarrassed. It's a marvel she has any shame at all often as she humiliates herself. Room temp i.q. on prominent display.

Has anyone checked her streaming account lately to see if she's ewhoring behind Cobe's back? You know she'd be fucking someone else... if she could get laid. She literally had to travel to buttfuck Wyoming and fuck the town drunk to get her burger wet.
Yea last time she streamed on cam4 was April 14th 2024

Where I live (Northeastern US), businesses get busted all the time for selling cigarettes to minors. When that happens, their license to sell cigarettes gets suspended for a period of time, then they start carding everyone, even old folks.

My mother lives in one of those planned communities, which has both a gas station and a liquor store. The liquor store lost its license to sell cigarettes permanently, and the owner suggested that the gas station take it over, which it did. It's the first time I've seen a gas station that doesn't also have a convenience store sell cigarettes in YEARS.

I don't think there's a requirement around it per-se but the store could be liable for huge fines and damages if the parolee commits another crime due to the store knowingly selling them something that they are prohibited from owning or consuming. Especially guns and alcohol.

Even just selling alcohol to an underage person by mistake can result in a fine of thousands of dollars.

A lot of states own their liquor stores (usually only when selling >35% ABV spirits) so you're actually dealing with a government agency when you buy there.

Thats how it was where I grew up in MD but in SC things are a little different, hell we just got the ability to buy beer and I think even liquor recently at the gas station/package store on Sunday within the last 10 or 15 years. When I was way younger you would go on a beer run on Sunday to NC to buy beer. Which could be a fun time if you've been talking to a lady at a party or something, I ended up dating quite a few ladies that I met at a football party and invited on the beer run. But that was thankfully awhile ago now I couldn't imagine having to drive 30-60 mins to get beer on Sunday anymore lol

This type of shit happens all the time with IP2 streamers. Generally shopkeepers et al don't know how to handle callers, and will just ask the streamer to leave and not return. It's not that deep.
Getting pressed by various shop owners was a staple of RV stream content.

Well, they're also saying "NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER" in TTS and making bomb threats and swatting the store and all kinds of other dumb, illegal shit. I'm not sure how they should handle it other than telling them to leave or calling the cops when one of the IP2 scumbags maces their clerk.

It was like that in New Jersey when I was there for work, no convenience stores or gas stations sold alcohol. At least you can pump your own gas now though. Jersey is like this weird red-blue hybrid state that isn't purple, it has random laws that are extremely conservative and others that are extremely liberal.

Dry counties are even worse than that, I'd avoid driving anywhere near them in the early morning or late evening. The number of DUIs is insane.

It's 100X easier if the person is white, too. A lot harder for some kind of discrimination lawsuit to stick.

Yea when I lived in Asheville, NC there was a county not to far away that was dry you couldn't buy any kinda drinks there on any damn day. I mean that's just fucking crazy when all you gotta do is drive less then 30 minutes away to get your drink on. I can't remember if that county sold beer/liquor in Restaurants or not. That's one thing that has always been fucked up here is even when we had those Blue Laws I think we called them you could goto a bar and get tanked on Sunday. You just couldn't goto a package store and buy a bottle and get drunk in your home damn home. It was like let's increase DUIs lol. I didn't know Jersey was like that though never would have guessed that had a weird mix of red/blue laws. Do you guys call the Liquor store a Package Store or Red Dot store? Thats what they have always been called since I can remember here in SC. The "Red Dot" is because the logo of all Package Stores has a huge Red Dot in it, not sure why they are called Package Stores though. I remember when I first moved here and asked where a liquor store was people looked at me like I was fuckin crazy

Yep, my family is from PA/Jersey originally where they had those blue laws as well. Of course, back when my dad was a kid my grandma would send him to the store on his own to pick up a six-pack of Budweiser and nobody ever asked or tried to stop him from buying it!

"Liquor store" is the name for them in Ohio. I know the name "package store" from Jersey, in Michigan they're "party stores". Literally in a lot of cases with legal marijuana. For the past several years crossing into Michigan on that stretch of I-80 you saw nothing but ads for dispensaries the first foot across the OH-MI border.

I love how the Cobra thread has so much expert information about lizard care, stoves, liquor control laws, and cooking techniques.
