I am somewhat new to the cobraverse. I was originally introduced about a year ago to a vid he did about spice and I lost track of him. Did a deep-dive recently (I will also add my kudos to the OP revisions. Top notch). I have tuned into a few of his recent streams and they are absolutely unwatchable. He waxes about relationships and what women expect/want and what men expect/want ad nauseum. It's so boring and somewhat annoying considering he doesn't know shit about any of it. If he did a little of that, ok, but it's all he talks about of late. He's just a balding drunk shouting at a box. I think his eviction really fucked with him. Standing back and looking at the series of saga's as a whole, this new apartment arc is looking like the shitty third part of a trilogy where the actors are checked out and they're just phoning it in.
If you want to use the analogy of a television show, consider Josh as a character.
He started out pretty basic but there was something to him. He had goals and aspirations, there was a passion there if there wasn’t a work ethic. There was a world of possibility for where he could go, you wouldn’t know what you’d get with his earlier videos. It could’ve been anything relative to now.
From Josh’s perspective, that character development is done. He wanted to be a rock star and he thinks he is. He wanted lots of fans, he’s got ‘em. He wanted to make wands, he does and they sell really well. He lives a life of pure hedonism free from consequences.
Josh doesn’t do anything new because he thinks he’s sitting on his laurels right now, he thinks he’s done all he needed to do.
He’s basically just an old guy who sits in the retirement home recreation area all day, screaming at the television about how back in his day, they didn’t have no pronouns shit. He’s losing his hair, he’s losing his teeth, all he does is watch Fox News tier shit all day and he moves like he has scoliosis.
Homeboys, we are IN the Retirement Home Saga.
