They're like two eagles locked in a death spiral. Neither can stand to let the other get the last word, they would both rather go back and forth for the rest of their lives than walk away without being completely sure they came out on top. Even though I think NAL is one of the most vial humans I've ever come across, Josh has done nothing but destroy any chance of sympathy. Even though Josh brought it on himself I still had some sympathy because of how crazy NAL is but now that we know he is texting her, potentially, hundreds of times a day and keeping track of all her streams so he can comment on them it's hard to feel sorry for him or view him in a sympathetic light.

The thing about Josh is that he kinda hates women in a very incel way. Any time a woman says anything bad about him he absolutely freaks out. It's just because Jessica is so horrible it kinda seemed normal for him to call her all sorts of names and delusional and mentally ill. Because they're all true accusations lol. But when you look at how he responded to Stephanie criticizing his cooking, Gothic Dee or his response to that Nurse lady doing a couple videos about him he freaked out on them just like he freaked out on Jessica. Tons of men have done videos and stuff criticizing him and he just ignores those. He only really freaks out when women criticize him.
