In his head the trolls did all the heavy lifting she just put the nail in the coffin. In reality they wanted to remodel that unit since it was the only one yet to be remodeled I'm sure they just used the first opportunity they could to not renew the lease. I know Jessica is batshit insane and deserves to be locked in an insane asylum forever but if any chick was dating cobes and he constantly talked about Alicia (who was a high schooler last time he saw her) and LN (never dated him and milked him for paypig bucks) like he presumably did to NAL they'd be pissed off and creeped out too. What does he have better than her? His health is fucked. They are both drunks so thats a wash. She can likely have a better time scoring a partner, no 6 year dry spell for her. Before you point out no one wants her long term, all Cobes can get is this ugly hag. For the most part they are equal, but she has a few more things better than he does. He does have his fans, but thats mostly people who enjoy laughing at him slowly killing himself, or send in duster and bird food.

Cobes of say 8 years ago would smoke the hag for sure, but he has fallen far from a not very high spot to begin with. She may haunt the parking lots of her local area, but Cobes appears to have become a complete shut in at this point which is further worsening his mental state.

On a scale out of 10, she is 0.2 and he is 0.1. Both are fucked, but he is more fucked.

All extremely valid points but there's a tiny nugget, infinitesimal in size but still there, that Cobra could get on m- you know what? No. There's no saving Josh and I can't keep lying to myself just because my heart bleeds for him. I haven't met many BPDs in my life and allegedly it's the hardest type of personality disorder to treat but it IS treatable. Autism cannot be cured or helped with meds (not to my knowledge anyway) and Josh would have to be actively willing to work on his bullshit to get his life back in order: no drinking, no drugs, none of the fun stuff. Get allowance from his parents, who'd need to oversee his economy to make sure he doesn't go in the negative, and get help with his daily life, preferably from a male wrangler he can look up to as a role model. Yada yada, we all know what issues he has.
Jessica Boyle has a greater chance at succeeding in fixing her shit: Therapy, medication for whatever other mental disorders she has (because let's be real, it's not just BPD), quitting her vices. She could get a wrangler to help her with her daily chores, just like Josh could/should. NAL is fucking ugly but yeah, visually there's at least something resembling personal hygiene even if she wipes back-to-front.
Both are pretty close to being lost causes but NAL has like a .01% chance greater than Cobes does, IF either of them wanted help. Neither of them seem to want to get help however, so it's a moot point. Both are physically repulsive and I would not have sex with them.

What kind of mental illness physiognomy are you calculating? What inference do you think you can make from a photograph? A *disordered* personality is pretty much bedrock, it could theoretically could be mitigated but definitely not healed. For someone like NAL, treatment would basically be figuring out ways to manage and reduce damage to herself and the people who have to deal with her. If she ONLY had BPD, it does get better with age in some people, but there is clearly more at play here it's actually probably kind of complicated. And moreover she isn't interested in helping herself, she will more or less be "like this" until the day she dies.
