I really enjoy Cobes because he strikes me as a really well written comedic joke as far as set up and punchline. He'll introduce some stupid shit like that lathe. Everyone has a laugh and waits for the punch line. But nothing. More day drinking, gender relayshuns, and nasty pizza hacks. After a month you've completely forgotten about the lathe. Then out of nowhere, you fire up youtube and there's a Bitesize video: "KingCobraJFS the Lathe and Apartment Fire Incident."

When I was first introduced to Cobes I thought it was all a joke and he was some bad boy gothic Andy Kaufman.

The Nugenix scam is a perfect example of what I'm talking about. Still cracks me up to this day. "I'm still a spring chicken"

See I think the appeal for me is I knew people similar to this growing up, so it's like a neat little window in to how "those people" might behave when I wasn't around them. It's come up before, but like how the movie Gummo is like a peak into rural America, white trash degeneracy? That's pretty much what the Sexy Gothic Bad Boy is in the modern era. Just this bizarre monster man doing shit he believes is 100% normal and none the wiser of how it strikes normal people.
