He probably went to one of those cheap shady unlicensed plastic surgery clinics in the Dominican Republic. There's always young American women dying of heart attacks in the Dominican Republic from cheap boob jobs & bbls gone wrong, since the clinics never do any pre-op testing/etc & the women often have heart conditions (either undiagnosed, & in a few cases it intentionally wasn't disclosed 'cause they really wanted bolt ons ).
