Clint, he's making wands with Josh. He thinks Clint is trying to strong arm into his business because he's jealous of how successful Josh is and upset with how unsuccessful he is. Which is a fucking wild delusion, because as shitty as Clint's art is, he generally does pretty good with his business. Some years he loses money, some years he makes.

I really do kind of feel sorry for him. Traumatic brain injury, low iq, and alcoholism is a certain kind of hell.

Dude can't even keep it together for one evening, dammit Cobes nothing was stopping you from getting shit faced as soon as you got back home from your special birthday dinner. Clint probably wouldn't have even noticed or cared if you'd just put 2 or 3 beers back beforehand to nip the shakes.

In my early 20s when I was wasted on something pretty much constantly I was able to keep it out of work or class or anything important. Certainly able to get through an hour of dinner with the family sober as a nun.

By all definitions and and criteria my boy has an actual problem. A bad one.

It's disappointing because I find him and the way his mind works quite fascinating and very funny. I don't want him to die. And as delusional as he is he's not a dangerous to anyone or evil. Dude needs serious help, but he will never accept or seek it.

It also doesn’t take the mental capacity of a rocket scientist to understand why you can’t go out in public drunk, especially when you’re with your family. But, clearly cobes doesn’t get it.

The best thing that could happen is for Clint to put him in a home. Preferably one where alcohol isn’t allowed. It would also do cobes some good if Clint cut him off. Let him take care of himself, so long as he wants to continue drinking. It’s sad that you have to treat a 31 year old man as if he’s a child, because mentally he really only is like 14 years old.

Why I have the slightest amount of sympathy for him is that he's literally retarded.

Which is also why I agree with you he should be in a home. He has obviously diminished mental capacity, certainly not enough where being publically intoxicated should even be a possibility for him.

I've gave up hope on cobra years ago. he turns on anyone trying to help. there are people who would kill to have a family like his. there are real people out there who have no one and he throws a shit fit 'cause clint doesn't like his drinking. he's a toddler.

On a bright note, at least cobra’s lover wished him a happy birthday…
