ODD and Alcoholism make that easy to ignore, Cobes feels like a bag of boiled shit most of the time and pain is a constant companion in some way or another so him waking up and not brushing his teeth or not even caring is a real possibility.

Unless you've been a alcoholic it's hard to explain just how little fucks you care about yourself.

I've read a few storys about Custom Dentures and stuff like that's not uncommon, weirdest request I've heard of is a "Mono Tooth" that was a normal set of functional dentures but was made to be a smooth single upper and lower so it didn't look like normal teeth, and another one with a flavor pad they could replace with gause and add food flavouring too.

Gold is biologically inert - one thing a lot of Dentists don't say is they have to rough up the roots and embed a little calcium into them to take root / become firm.

I've got a gold molar and it was a fucker to fit, and I have a kinda normal mouth for Josh it would be complex and they wont even offer Gold they only do that if they think it will be a perm fix, they will do a ploy fil with plugs and those plugs need GOOD bone to anchor in before they do the work and his jawbone is likely infected or got problems.

What is going to happen is, his teeth are going to decay to the point they have to be removed for his own safety, he'll take 2.3 times the normal dope just to numb his gob to the point they pull anything that's going to have problems, I'm a former alcoholic and I also have a fear of dentists so I get the same treatment and cant feel my mouth for 2 days.. he'll feel buzzed for about 24h after his removal but if he uses anyhting but booze an weed it can and will fuck him up along the way, and he needs to be clean for a few days beforehand.

Yeah, I was alluding to his mouth being so rotten even the gold would rot. Although I didn't know that about gold teeth now I have to reconsider slamming my face into a doorknob as an excuse to get one.

What happens is they go will this last? i.e. we wont be digging around this mouth any time soon. I.E. you have good dental health but this is a odd example.

How they make the Gold fit your mough is insane, the amalgum fillings are really intresting chemisty and bio chem work.

He's interacting with chat and it's literally more boring than a gendur relayshuns videos. He only answers the same questions in the shortest manner possible and saying that he owns the trolls. He refuses to answer any questions about his music tastes or future activities, he will only interact with his mods and the troll comments.

I really hope for a new costume, he did mention something about waiting on something for one in the mail, so unless he just broke or tore the Green Goblin I'm guessing it's something new and I'm really wondering what it's going to be this year around.

Does Josh abuse acetaminophen frequently for hangovers? If alcohol won't get him, the meds definitely will.

He's always had different looking teeth imo. If you can find that picture of him and homedad when Cobes was a toddler, you might see what I mean.

At least with serious health stuff. I knew someone that had teeth problems and it led to something growing in their heart. They also drank a lot (much more than Cobes surprisingly). I had to get bottom line real with them in order for them to go to a doctor.
