Autisim has a link to substance abuse, a lot of autists get addicted to things easily especially if it's something that fit's a self image they have created and defined, or it allows them to feel more social there is a reason booze is called "The social lubricant" he's not drinking socially though and that's where the problems start and rapidly compound each other.

He's also said he's got some form of Schizophrenia before, I doubt it without verification but it's very possible. Even if he was border line with all the abuse he's done to himself with booze, cheap drugs, legal highs, and solvent abuse it could have pushed him over the edge into another problem or exacerbated a problem he already has - combined with a low IQ, mental illness and learning disabillities he's a walking poster child for susceptibility for addiction issues.

What I think happened was because of all the posts on the subreddit pointing out he whispers "fuck sickos" under his breath like an insane person he internalized that and repeated it as he was schizo. He whispers stuff like that because he cannot stop thinking about sickos/trannies/gays because his weird mind has fixated on it. It's intrusive thoughts because of his autism not a voice in his head talking to him.

Dude, have you ever been around a schizophrenic person? Shit I misspoke in my last post. What I meant to say was that over the past 10 years of streaming this is the very first time he's mentioned having schizophrenia. Before 2022 he only ever claimed to have Asperger's and trichotillomania the former being obvious and the latter being cope about rapidly balding.

Using lolcow go I was able to find a direct quote from 2016 of Cobra denying he is schizophrenic. "People on Discord think I have schizophrenia which I don't"
