Dude, have you ever been around a schizophrenic person? They ramble incoherently about literal crazy shit, they think they are constantly being watched, they think the world is always out to get them, they always think they're lied to by everyone, they talk in circles about the same insane shit over and over, they can literally see shit that doesn't exist, or hear shit that isn't heard by anyone else, they'll walk around in circles for hours on end screaming at themselves under their breathe, or they'll rock back and forth in a darkened room, and they can not even remotely communicate coherently with others.
The last thing, right there is a major sign he's a lying fuckhead. Whenever anyone is around him or at his apartment he's still able to communicate and talk to these people, and coherently too. If he had schizophrenia he probably wouldn't even be streaming on YouTube, he'd probably be lying in a corner in his apartment petrified to do anything or talk to anyone.
Nothing about him shows he has OCD, his apartment is a wreck, he doesn't take care of himself hygenically, he'll spit/throw up/spooge on his carpet and rarely clean it up
