The Daniel Larson subreddit has threads dedicated to trying to convince Daniel who is a paranoid schizophrenic homeless man into thinking he has tracker chips implanted in him and they also obsessively post his location which is literally just stalking and the sub gets no heat. Infact it's existed for nearly 3 years and to my knowledge has never had an issue. Like I get Daniel is a disgusting person but what they are doing is straight up tormenting a mentally ill person for fun. It's sadistic.

What I don't get is where he keeps hearing the "wait 2 weeks for it to become mead" thing, you need to wait usually 3 or so months with good conditions to get to around 10-15%abv, and he isn't even waiting 2 weeks so there is no way its anything other than yeasty sugar juice. I assume he might be adding other alcohol to it to try and trick people into thinking its alcoholic at all.

I think he is just to regarded to understand what he is reading. From my experience in wine making 1-2 weeks in your primary fermenter(bucket or whatever) then you transfer it to a sterilized carboy for at least a few more weeks to settle and clear up. Then transfer again and let it age. I think Mead takes longer due to the honey.
