I don’t know if the landlord knows about the lathe yet. I’m sure he or she wouldn’t like it. However, his apartment complex is a low income one and usually they don’t give two shits what you do there as long as you not burning the place down. That’s one reason Dave is able to talk/sell/do drugs and no one is doing shit about it

The apartment was recently sold to new owners who are slowly renovating units and listing them for more money than before. This coincided with the “I’m gonna start smoking outside, toobez” saga.

If they care about smoking, they will flip their shit over a lathe. They are also pretty loud and will cause vibration through the floor. His neighbors will start complaining when there is a constant humming coming through the floorboards while he tries making wands at 2 AM drunk.

The lathe is a tiny tabletop lathe. It is way too tiny and shitty to cause any sort of vibration. The noise is probably no louder than a vacuum.

Nobody is watching her as an "actual YouTuber", it's only as a heel to Cobra. In that sense I find it hard to believe she'd get Warlord'd, unless she started e-begging.
